I need someone to help with website development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Waywest Design did website development for us on WordPress. We provided them with samples of the existing website and examples of our requirements to improve the platform. Consequently, they put everything together quickly; they added different information, a blog, sign-up functionalities, and a contact page.

I only worked with the director.

I found them online and was happy with our initial conversation.

Those I've shown the website to were impressed with the turnaround time and the quality difference between our previous website and the new one that Waywest Design created.

They met deadlines, stayed within budget, and their communication was good. Regarding tools, we used email and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The quality of their work and their pricepoint were good.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I didn't think they could improve anything — I was happy with everything.

I had an idea of how I wanted my website to look and operate. I had all the information to share with them, which made the process a little easier and quicker.
