For what projects/services did your company hire Waywest Design, and what were your goals?

We hired Jack to create a website for our HR firm - our goal was to illustrate our companies value and mission to an up to date modern website that reflected our work and services

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was referred to Jack through a friend who had done numerous projects with him in the past. After working with multiple vendors, we could not find one who we were satisfied with for this task. Our deciding factors were; flexible, creative and up to date with industry practices. Jack delivered with flying colors on all fronts

We had an initial kick off meeting with myself and Jack. In this session I described to him what I wanted, how i wanted it and the vision we were trying to create. From there, Jack came back with multiple drafts, and we had live interactive sessions on what the website would look like and made live edits.

This project took about a month to complete, and the final session before go-live was reviewing the website in detail going through each page on the website, along with editing all content. Jack was amazing during these sessions, leveraging his expertise in the field, making suggestions but also allowing me to have final input in website content

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Clients now have a landing page and website they can go to, to see all the services we offer. Previously, this was not possible. We've seen increased traffic for both clients & customers.

Adding key services we offered on the landing page was a huge bonus for us, and it has helped our business have a face to the personnel we work with

We had weekly interactive sessions, where live edits were made. Communication was key in this project, and it was everything I had hoped for. A flexible team to work with, that did not have a problem with timelines and busy schedules. Kudos to WayWest Designs

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The creativity & easy to work with attitude. I could feel the customer first approach, made it easy to work and gave a very comfortable setting

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There wasn't anything they needed to improve on.

We hired Waywest design for our website design and creation. Jack, from Waywest is an amazing help and really took our idea to the next level. We wanted a very easy to navigate one page website that embodied our whole vision and company. Jack made that happen with little to no direction as he has a great mind for this!

I have worked with Jack in the past for a few smaller projects, he was very helpful and understanding. Choosing Waywest design to help design my own marketing company website was a no-brainer for me.

We started off with an intro call to describe the services I would be offering, from there Jack really understood the vision and requested logos and any copywriting I had in mind. Other than that he really took lead and handled the full scope of the work for me.

Jack was my main point of contact, and was all I needed to get this job done. If there was other team mates helping, jack made me feel very comfortable in just communicating with him directly.

very time effective. I was not worried about the timeline for this project as Waywest Design was usually on top of things for us.

Communication is key when making someones website or brand identity. Waywest was very good at making me feel like their only customer and staying on top of all needed things.

The task was to design a logo and a website for the company. This began with an initial consultation followed by a work period. There was a first draft review followed by additional work on the updates and changes requested.

The outcome was successful. The website is live and operating well.

We liked their hands-on approach and openness to feedback during the design process.

Be more reasonable when setting expectations as it relates to time and due dates as well as with providing updates on the status of the work done throughout the process.
