For what projects/services did your company hire Ways and Means Technology Pvt. Ltd., and what were your goals?
Improving the effectiveness and simplicity of scheduling appointments for clients, keeping track of the staff's schedules, and displaying salon discounts and offers for clients was the business problem we were attempting to solve. The conventional manual reservation process required a lot of time, was prone to mistakes, and didn't offer real-time availability updates. We created an online salon reservation system with the goal of streamlining the booking process, decreasing wait times, raising customer satisfaction, and giving clients and salon employees a user-friendly platform.
By giving consumers the freedom to book appointments whenever it's convenient for them, this approach not only saves time and lessens the workload for the staff but also boosts income and patron loyalty for the salon.

We conducted an online search for app developers in our area and narrowed down our selection to three potential vendors. Development: ways and means developed the online reservation system using Flutter as the front-end technology and Amazon Web Services (AWS) as the back-end technology with a lot of customizing lambda functions for Huawei on aws side
