I am the export and e-sales manager for a book importer and distributor that has a chain of five specialized bookstores and an e-bookstore. My job is to look after our online bookstore’s sales, marketing, and development.

Our goal was to create an online bookstore that fits our customers’ needs and represents us, ultimately helping us sell more books.

The vendor created our online bookstore and handled everything from design to e-commerce installment. From time to time, we asked Waynord to make some changes or improvements based on customer feedback, and they respond promptly to our requests.

Currently, the turnover of our online bookstore exceeds the turnover of some of the regular bookstores in our chain.

The project management is effective. While we’ve had some miscommunication, these were solved promptly. They always meet our deadlines. This is important because it allowed us to launch our website before the Vilnius book fair and promote it there.
