Introduce your business or organization and what you do there.
Our company invents, produces, and sells tombstone accessories made with stainless steel, including letters, crosses, lanterns, vases, and other items. We are the main company for tombstone design in Poland and potentially in Europe.
Why did you hire Waynet to begin with?
We hired Waynet to update our company’s web presence and to rebuild our online shop using Prestashop. Our goal at the time was to attract more clients. Currently, we have achieved 400% growth year to year.
What was the scope of their involvement?
The scope was very wide. Waynet started with a complete analysis and a website heat map. They worked to understand our business and to develop the best solutions to improve our online store.
Waynet created a configurator to visualize how our products may look on a granite tombstone. It is very useful, and about 90% of our clients are using that tool. We sell more products now, and we are able to serve our clients better. Thanks to the updated online payment portal, our clients can shop at any time. The SSL certificate which Waynet worked on has also increased our trustworthiness for clients.
Waynet doesn’t say “yes” to every request. Every time we ask for something, Marek and Lukasz, the founders of Waynet, figure out how to meet our needs.
How did you find them to begin with?
We have a common friend. I asked him if he knew a responsible IT company, and he recommended the Waynet team. This was our third website, so we knew what we were looking for. After an extended initial conversation, Waynet became the main contractor for our project.
How much have you spent on this engagement?
The main part has taken about 6 months, but we still change our website, adding new functionalities and improvements. We have spent roughly €15,000 [$16,760].
Can you share anything data-driven or quantitative that would illustrate the success of this engagement?
We cooperate with about 2,200 stonemason companies. At this stage, our shop has about 210 registered buyers. This means that 10% of our clients have changed from ordering via a phone call to the online shop. I think that’s a great score because 2 years ago we had only 15 companies buying online.
Can you comment on the supervision and organization of the engagement?
We spent many hours talking about this project with them. When meeting face-to-face was not possible, we worked through Skype.
Is there anything distinctive, unique, or surprisingly impressive about their business practice(s)?
They’re not afraid of anything. They devote more hours to conversing with us, which gives everyone a better understanding. Sometimes, we have to compromise before the solution is ready.
Can you share any constructive criticism based on your experience?
Last year, Waynet organized an event where they suggested ways in which we, the client, can improve our online face.
Can you share any tips or recommendations for inexperienced buyers who might be considering an engagement like yours?
Always look for a professional approach. Don't be afraid to ask questions and try to find a company like Waynet that can make your vision real.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
Saska is a small Polish e-commerce company that sells e-books and audiobooks on the Swedish market.
What challenge were you trying to address with Waynet?
We wanted to set up this digital bookstore as fast as possible to test our business model. Initially, we wanted a minimum viable product. If it succeeded, then we would build on it. Our main goal was to act fast, and Waynet was very responsible and helpful at that stage.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Waynet prepared the graphic design of the shop and fully implemented the e-commerce shop on the PrestaShop platform. The first stage was a workshop where we talked about our business goals. Then, they prepared first sketches of the shop's design (including RWD), UX, maps, and wireframes. We then proceeded with the implementation.
How did you come to work with Waynet?
I did a lot of online research. I found Waynet's webpage and sent them a brief review of the project. Waynet's response was fast and accurate.
How much have you invested with Waynet?
We paid between $15,000 and $20,000 for the web page.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in March 2016. We finished in June 2016, and the shop was running at the beginning of July 2016.
Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?
The quality of the website is excellent, in relation to our budget and the scale of the project. We were very happy with the outcomes. With Saska running since July 2016, there are no problems on the technical side.
How did Waynet perform from a project management standpoint?
It was very good. There were some problems at the end, but they were mainly because of random events out of their control. For example, the main project manager fell ill, so we were running a bit late. But when we all realized that there was a problem, they acted quickly. In the end, we saw how we were able to end the project and to get Saska running. Generally, I was very happy with the project management on their side. For now, they are trying really hard, and everything is as it should be on the project management side and also on the technical side.
What did you find most impressive about Waynet?
For me, as an owner and the manager of that project, the most impressive aspect was the communication side. It was the first e-commerce project that I've done. Before I spoke with Waynet, I spoke with many other IT companies, and the communication process was very harsh. With Waynet, we were able to start the project very fast and accurate.
Are there any areas Waynet could improve?
At this stage, relative to mine and my colleague's experience with other companies, I think that they are doing great.

Servus Comp provides advanced IT solutions for businesses. We sell servers, software, network devices, workstations, and others. We sell through a stationary and online store. I am a sales director.
What challenge were you trying to address with Waynet?
Our company focuses on development. Without an online store, we would not be able to reach more customers. We were looking for an e-commerce agency which would be able to build an online store that was compatible with all of our expectations. At the time, we had experience in face-to-face sales, but not in e-commerce, so we needed to hire an external agency.
We hired Waynet because of their professionalism, objectivity, and holistic approach to the project. Through cooperation and the creation of an e-store, we improved our visibility and sales online. We have strengthened our image as a modern and constantly developing company.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Waynet first provided UX [user experience] services. This included competitive analyses, cognitive walkthrough, and heuristic analysis. Waynet then prepared the maps and wireframes of the online store.
Building on their UX work, Waynet also delivered the full implementation of the online shop. This necessitated data migration, full implementation on the PrestaShop platform, preparation of the RWD [responsive web design], the creation of dedicated modules and function, and integrations with external systems.
We worked closely with Waynet’s team throughout every element of the project, from planning to implementation. The whole team showed helpfulness, understanding, professionalism, and suggested the best solutions for us.

The project started in January 2016 and was completed in June 2016. Now, Waynet supports us and hosts our e-commerce.

The project resulted in a significant increase in sales and brand recognition in the market. Implementation of an online store resulted in an increase in the number of queries relating to our products and services. This has noticeably accelerated the development of my company. The project was a success due to the realization of the assumptions associated with the implementation of a new online store. The shop was launched on time and with the appropriate functionality.
Our customers are more satisfied with our services and the ease of purchasing process. The reason for this is the implemented products wizard on our website, a series of functionalities related to customer service, and information on our e-commerce.
