We’re the local tax board for a Carbon County, Wyoming. I’m the CEO, so I direct day-to-day business.

What challenge were you trying to address with Waves Web Design LLC?

They created our website and has been working with us ever since.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I wasn’t with the organization when they built the actual website, but I believe they based their work on given content. Since then, they’ve started managing our online presence and digital marketing. We’ve recently expanded their responsibilities to include our print site as well. They’re making the creative for our print ads and managing contacts. They handle our Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest accounts. 

Our organization also handles bi-annual photo contest during which we ask for photo entries, and users submit. They manage this as well, and that helps them bring in additional content they can use.  

What is the team composition?

I work directly with two people.

How did you come to work with Waves Web Design LLC?

I wasn’t a part of that decision, but they must have sent out a request for bids. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent well over $100,000 on their services, in total.  

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in 2005, and they’re still collaborating with us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We get great comments about our ads, so they’re doing well on that front. They’ve also been key in growing and tracking our website views and other metrics through Google Analytics.  

How did Waves Web Design LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re usually way ahead of the deadlines and on top of assignments. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Because of our long-term partnership, they’ve become experts on our county and what we have to offer. They’ve developed knowledge of our business and have really become part of the family.  

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing comes to mind.

Their product sells itself, and they’ve put together a great team.
