I am a co-founder of YesMore Drinks Marketing Agency. We provide marketing, social media, content, influencers, events and design for the drinks industry, hotels, bars, restaurants and retailers.
For what projects/services did your company hire Waterfall?
We hired Waterfall PR to get YesMore Agency featured in the drinks trade press and help build our profile as an authority in the industry.
What were your goals for this project?
Generate press coverage in well known publications within the drinks industry to raise awareness, but also for us to send to prospective clients, existing clients and to help build our SEO authority too.
How did you select this vendor?
My previous employer had worked with Claire and rated her highly, I then got an introductory email from a mutual contact and we had a series of conversations about how we could work together. It became obvious that Claire knew her stuff and she could add value to our business.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
There's much more to Waterfall than simply 'doing PR'; we get a great deal of value from Waterfall's work. Claire has implemented a profile building initiative that's spanned original research, content creation (such as reports), press releases, appointment announcements, comment responses, thought leadership and more.
Claire's integrated like an extension to our internal team and she has direct contact with everyone across the company. Waterfall has secured speaking opportunities at key evetns and conferences too. She's also involved in running the YesMore blog, ensuring the whole company contribute articles towards it, as well as implementing parts of our SEO strategy in terms of getting backlinks in our online press coverage.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Waterfall has got our brand in all the key industry publications, and we've now got great relationships with key journalists and writers too. We've also had many inbound enquiries and leads directly off the back of press coverage that Claire's helped us get.
Waterfall has helped build authority for our brand as an agency, to the point that we now have many inbound press enquiries asking us for comment - gaining us further coverage. We've won clients, and grown them to become key clients for our business, who first heard about us after reading about us in publications that Claire secured coverage in for YesMore.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Waterfall have worked as an extension of our team. Claire's integrated into our company, using Slack to communicate regularly and we have a streamlined workflow that ensures we can act fast.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Going above and beyond expectation every time. Attention to detail. Ideas that work for press and for us. 'Getting' our tone of voice.

Waterfall PR succeeded in landing the client spots in all major industry publications. Along with enjoying relationships with key journalists, the client has also seen a surge in inbound inquiries. Going above and beyond expectations, they ultimately established the client's authority in the field.
