We work closely with the Wandrblu team and have no problems scheduling a face-to-face or over-the-phone meeting anytime a problem arises.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Wandrblu team has created a good presence for us in the social media world, and we can attribute a good percentage of sales to the work they have provided.

We communicate often. The team at Wandrblu makes an extra effort to check up on our progress.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The professionalism they bring to the table is impeccable. I've been impressed with how easily meetings can be set up and how quickly a solution can be provided.

For us, we don’t have a way to gauge performance on how the advertising dollars are producing sales because we defer the sales through Amazon. That is really our only complaint, which has little to do with Wandrblu anyway.

They took over my social media accounts, primarily Instagram and Facebook. They developed content by taking my vehicles out once or twice each month for photos. I gave them the parameters of what type of content I was interested in, and they made the posts accordingly. They focused on gaining followers and interacting with them appropriately.

I interacted directly with Mike (Co-Founder, WandrBlu) and Austin (Co-Founder & Chief Marketer, WandrBlu) on a weekly basis. They developed content alongside a third party photographer/videographer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our followers and follower interaction skyrocketed almost immediately after bringing WandrBlu on board. Traffic to our website followed suit. We were even contacted by other major outdoor brands looking to develop partnerships.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

WandrBlu laid out their expectations on day one, which made it very easy for us to get things moving. Communicating on a daily basis for the first few weeks allowed us to get on the same page about what would work. As time went by, we were able to rely on our shared vision and a weekly check-in was enough.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

WandrBlu is passionate about their work and their reputation. They set high expectations for themselves and work ceaselessly to reach stakeholder goals. They were always quick to respond when I had a question or a last minute change.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Initially, we had some issues tracking the rental purchases that came from social media. Looking back, we should have fixed the problem earlier instead of waiting. However, the issue was addressed, and we all learned from it.

After an initial meeting to discuss our brand details, market differentiation, and target customers, Wandrblu reviewed the repository of social media content supplied by our corporation and created organic content. We then edited their content and branded it with our logo.

Prior to scheduling posts, Wandrblu would send a week's worth of content to us for approval. They also managed our direct messages on Facebook and Instagram, monitoring chats and responding to questions from our followers.

Our Instagram and Facebook pages have matured significantly thanks to their great imagery and messaging. In the three-month period, we saw a 100-fold increase in Instagram followers from (30 to 3000) and a 10-fold increase in Facebook followers (30 to 300).

Wandrblu was very accommodating in using whatever means of communication worked best for us. As a result, the workflow of content creation, review, approval, and scheduling was highly efficient.

They were incredibly responsive when it came to last-minute requests for social media promotions. Their ability to grow our Instagram and Facebook following was also noteworthy.

The three main team members that we interact with each specialize in different areas. One is a specialist in website development and IT. Another team member specializes in social media. The third team member who we work with specializes in reaching out to potential clients and is the spokesman for the team.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our website traffic has definitely increased. Our social media has had good results in all areas. They've placed some ads and they're testing how many hits we get on each ad. We've had new subscribers to our service, so we're very pleased.

How did Wandrblu perform from a project management standpoint?

It's been excellent. They have a great team. We've enjoyed working with each one of them. They use a project management software that has a to-do list with goals and dates. It keeps us all on the same page.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their communication skills are very good. When they say they're going to do something, they absolutely do it. They keep up with the goal list and to-do list. They're always right on target about when things will be done. We're very pleased with them because they're doers. They actually do what they say they're going to do. That was our biggest complaint about some other marketing firms that we've tried in the past. Wandrblu has far exceeded our expectations.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not really, and they ask us that question at every meeting.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

We have weekly meetings and that has worked for us. They make sure our team gets things done in order to reach the project goals.

Worked with Mike for two months and saw decent growth and engagement but I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Most business owners don't know what they are getting themselves into when they work with a company. All you hear is success stories and what they can do. I wanted to make a review about the downfalls of this company to save other small business owners their time and money. The payment schedule was very sporadic and not professional, I wasn't asked for payments on the exact date each month making it very hard to track growth per month. Instead I was asked for payments for 2 months only one week apart (don't know how that happens).

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

After wanting to quit the service Mike let me stay on for month for free, and during this month I actually saw negative growth in my account..... After just three months with this company, I do not recommend them at all. Stay away.

Matt, we thank you for your feedback and are so sorry that we could not meet your expectations. As a team, we always strive to give our clients 110% at all times and bend over backwards to fix any issues that might arise through technology. 

To answer the point about payment structure, we typically wait until our clients see positive results before we send any sort of invoice. The time frame of our work is always agreed upon no matter what, but we don't push any payment until you are satisfied. 

That being said, it's good to know that it was not a strategy that you preferred and others might not either. When our plans aren't working out 100%, we make sure that you are taken care of until an issue is resolved, which is why we offered a free month for you and always take care of our clients as #1 priority.
