I am a managing partner of CNA International IT, a recruitment and consultant services HR company — we assist with salary surveys and performance reviews.

We initially hired WAMP to help us with web design.

WAMP has improved our website by redesigning it in Lever. They’re now working on SEO and are crafting social media and content marketing campaigns. They utilize their expertise to develop product and services marketing campaigns — they offer several different solutions that range in price for us to choose from.

We worked with three teammates from WAMP, including a developer, manager, and product developer. 

How did you come to work with WAMP?

I found WAMP through a referral from my professional network and received a lot of positive feedback about their work. So, I hired them.

We’ve invested $10,000–$20,000 with WAMP. 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement with WAMP began in September 2020, and it's ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I don't have too many specific metrics, but our incoming customer request pipeline has increased three and a half times over. Our user survey responses rates have increased, and we’re getting more website traffic — we’re getting over 1,000 site visits a month.

How did WAMP perform from a project management standpoint?

WAMP is available 24/7 and asks insightful questions to dive deeper into our business analytics so they can provide informed feedback. Although we’re primarily working on marketing campaigns, we work in scrum and communicate regularly via Telegram. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

WAMP is as invested in our success as we are, setting us up for a long-term, trustful partnership. They have an excellent business approach and are invested in understanding our business needs — they don’t just complete a task, they ensure that each project is a boon to our business. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

WAMP could improve their design skills and expand their English-speaking team, but other than that, WAMP is excellent. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would advise customers to be wary of miscommunication with WAMP due to the language barrier.

WAMP developed a beautiful, clean, user-friendly corporate website for a young investment company with all the functional and tools required by the customer. The quality of website design and UX exceeded our and clients expectation. The digital strategy created was extensive and to the point with a detailed description of promotion and user acquisition processes. The execution was on time and did not require many reiterations.

The team consisted of two developers, a designer, and a marketing specialist.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Services provided by WAMP enabled us to concentrate on our own areas of expertise giving away the development part to the true professionals. We have saved time and money without compromising quality. The digital go-to-market strategy developed by WAMP was clear and easy to implement and most importantly it continues to yield great results to this day.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project was managed using the agile approach with weekly touch base calls and replanning sessions via Skype. All the tasks were completed in time.

Responsiveness, strategic vision and the speed of implementation ware the most impressive parts of our cooperation.

Probably there are, but not within the scope of our project. Our experience was more than satisfactory.
