I'm the owner of a food manufacturing company. We produce a variety of breakfast food choices that are convenient and nourishing especially for modern families in Nigeria.

Since the launch of our product; a pancake and waffle mix brand. We realized the need for a dedicated e-commerce website that would help customers find us online and make purchases easily. By doing this, we also hope that it'll help our brand image.

We searched online for web developers in our area and his details ranked number 1 on Google search. We were amazed and wondered how skilled they must be. After interviewing them, we were going to go ahead to hire them based on their online profile, skills, past projects and expertise.

However, we interviewed a couple more web developers. Honestly, they weren't as responsive as Wale marketer. So we went to back them and we hired them.

We had an initial meeting where the goals and objectives of the project was discussed. Their team set to work immediately and they were updating us about the progress. A few iterations were done and our functional Wordpress website was delivered.

The project manager was our main point of contact. However, there were 2 more people on the team.

Our customers love the new website. They've complimented us on the easy layout of the website and ease of use too. We're starting to notice an increase in web visits.

They were absolutely professional and always happy to help.

Wale Marketer highly values our feedback — we've asked him to make adjustments on the initial video he's produced, and he's been professional enough to comply and improve it. Upon applying our feedback, he's delivered a sophisticated video that's met our standards.

We're particularly impressed with his skills in logo design, which is why we've engaged him to do more work. We appreciate his craft, and we've also received positive feedback from other people who've seen his work.

We mainly communicate via phone calls and WhatsApp. Wale Marketer has dependable project management skills — he takes every deliverable seriously and strives to cooperate well with us until he meets our standards.

We started at 126 followers and a handful of likes on our posts. Now we have more than 5,000 followers and great engagement on every post. Some of our followers have come for the training.

Wale is a great listener and very collaborative. He is the expert in the relationship, yet he takes our opinion of things seriously.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

When we started, he told me that his work is result-oriented that he won't be happy if we don't achieve results. He sends us a monthly report and asks us about the financial ramifications of those reports.

He's good at what he does, nothing for now.

I needed a simple yet unique logo that speaks the brand and aligns perfectly with the industry.

I was referred to Wale by a friend. He did some work for my friend in the past, so he came highly recommended.

First, I called him via a number provided by my friend. I told him the kind of logo I need, thankfully, he has a questionnaire for logos. I filled this and sent to him. Then we discussed the filled questionnaire. He made some suggestions and proposed some omissions about colour and logotype.

I paid him 50% upfront after which he returned a week later with three concepts for the design from which gave my opinion on these, then he returned to work on the concepts.

He returned with the reworked concepts from which I chose one. He did further work on my chosen design and delivered to me in several formats. I told him I had a "thing" for 3D designs. He threw this in at no further cost.

He's a freelancer, hence, all conversations were with him alone.

I have received positive comments about the logo and I have referred him to some people.

The communication was superb, and I received my design on schedule. He planned our meetings in such a way they didn't affect my busy schedule.

Before we launched the project, he told me he is a digital marketer, not just a logo designer. Hence, the work he did will have elements of marketing; and it did!

The organization. It is quite difficult to find a freelancer who works like a standard agency in Lagos. We know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
