Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder of Martha's Vineyard Cheesery - a company that specializes in gourmet grazing boxes and tables for events of all sizes.

For what projects/services did your company hire Walder Studio?

I hired Walder Studio to help be develop my logo and branding guidelines, create custom packaging for my products, and build a website that integrates my ordering workflow.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I selected this vendor based on their design style and expertise working on similar projects. I also felt like the Walder team took time to understand my big picture vision and goals and built an elegant solution that supports that vision.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We has a series of discovery-type meetings where we honed in on scope of services. The Walder team presented logo/brand concepts and we went through a few rounds of revisions. The logo/branding was then carried through onto the new website and social media platforms. The website functionality was built out to support my online ordering workflow.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with Michelle and Robin. Michelle was the overall project lead and Robin was brought in for branding and packaging-design support.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I have a beautiful brand and website that I am proud to call my own. The Walder team ensured that I was adequately trained on all products and platforms implemented and were available to me for questions and troubleshooting. I feel equipped to take my business to the next level!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication was easy and efficient. We stuck to agreed upon timelines and everything ran smoothly!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed with the team's breadth of knowledge with website platform integrations - we looked at multiple options for my online ordering workflow before ultimately landing on Square.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I liked seeing samples websites that showcase different integrations - examples are always helpful when describing options!
