Edvoy is an Ed-tech platform for aspiring students to search, analyze and choose the best course to pursue the career of their choice. I'm the Product Manager of Edvoy and I look after the Planning & Delivery of the Product

For what projects/services did your company hire Wadoo. Product Design Agency?

We were impressed by Wadoo's design works, they were impressive and we thought they would be the best partners to design our Product.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal was simple, create an environment for the student which is easy to understand and use. Through this, our goal was to acquire the student.

How did you select this vendor?

We went through various Behance & Dribble profiles and shortlisted a few companies and Wadoo impressed us the most.

Once our deal was on paper we started working on the Product goals. We explained our product to Artur and after a week, he came with some extra-ordinary mind maps explaining different actors and entities of the Product which impressed us

What was the team composition?

Artur was our Key guy from Wadoo and he had involved a team of best UX & UI Designers working remotely but in unison. The thought process never diverted which is the most important part of the success of a company.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Customer acquisition was good based on the UX designed.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had weekly calls to discuss the progress and they didn't miss a single deadline

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We liked the way they sync with our thought process and worked around that.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No. They are one of the best at what they do.

We hired Wadoo to develop a mascot for our team in order to better promote our brand.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to have a mascot that would call to attention to anyone who saw it. Since not everyone is immersed in the world of IT we desired something that was attractive to the general public.

How did you select this vendor?

We saw their listing in UpWork and arrange and interview. When we saw their portfolio we liked what they had to offer and proceeded to hire them.

Through conversations, we explained our vision and they proceeded to materialize it.

The results of the branding were mostly positive among the team.

The workflow was smooth. Constant communication and feedback provided us with a product better than we had envisioned.

The speed at which they work and the high quality of the product they deliver.

Not that I can thing of.

We hired them for a new landing page creation.

What were your goals for this project?

We just need a mobile friendly ui/ux for a new product launch page.

How did you select this vendor?

Invited him to apply on Upwork after reviewing his previous work.

Just one good landing page with great usability on mobile matching the rest of our site's look and feel.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The landing page was completed on time and within our budget. I will be hiring him again for future similar types of pages.

Very easy skype communication

What did you find most impressive about this company?

This wasn't a huge project, but it was enough to feel comfortable bringing him larger scale projects in the future related to our UI/UX needs.

No, we were very happy.
