Branding for Body Wash Manufacturing Company
"They take the time to understand considerations and lists them down in a clear and understandable way."

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the founder of a new body wash alternative. We provide consumers with a dry powder to add tap water to themselves at home, in order to become a liquid body wash. As such, we aim to revolutionize the industry's single-use plastics problem.
For what projects/services did your company hire VYTVIR, and what were your goals?
360 branding: conducting consumer interviews, working out the brand identity and formulating the brand guidelines, creating the logo, recommendations n website design and creating the product packaging.
How did you select this vendor?
Via Upwork, I've worked with Vytvir on another project and I was really impressed with their work, after which it was an obvious choice.
Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.
They conducted consumer interviews, made up various modboards, worked out various logo's, set up the complete brand guidelines with colors, tone of voice, web recommendations, photo recommendations, email template, IG board, persona description, fonts, etc. and created two different packaging versions for my bottle, powder sachets and delivery box.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I don't know how many people internally were involved exactly but I worked mainly with Dmytro who served as the manager (my go-to-guy) for the entire project. Besides him, I also worked with Nadiya who was the creative graphic designer.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
To this moment not yet since we haven't launched yet.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Dmytro always works very structured so you know exactly what you are getting for what price and what time. They take the time to understand considerations and lists them down in a clear and understandable way. On top of that, Dmytro stays relaxed, kind and always open for questions or feedback which gave me a lot of trust. He knows exactly what he is doing. In terms of tools, Dmytro did not hesitate for one second to use the tools we are familiar with.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Dmytro trusty way of communication without compromising on added value. We had some discussion on why or what of certain things but he could always very clearly explain why (not) he would do those things from a marketing perspective. It really showed me his expertise in the field. Not just following the customer's (me) ideas but educating on marketing tactics which is why I came to him in the first place.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
To be honest, I can't really think of anything. As a point of perfection, it would be interesting to have some kind of introduction sheet/presentation about the people Dmytro selects to work on my project for a certain topic. (For me this was Nadyia, would just be interesting to know a bit more, gives confidence as well)

Branding & Logo Design for Furniture Retail Firm
"Their portfolio was great, and their CEO was very competent and had huge expertise in the field of marketing."

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the head of marketing at Kontinental, a furniture retail company.
What challenge were you trying to address with VYTVIR?
We were in the market for 15 years, so we needed help with a new brand identity, logo design, and advertising. We wanted something unique and modern in order to attract new customers.
What was the scope of their involvement?
VYTVIR led our branding efforts. They conducted market research, and they provided us with a Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis. After that, we started to working on our unique selling proposition (USP) to help us distinguish ourselves from our competitors and to attract our client segments. We then needed a remarkable brand with a logo to be attractive and noticeable.
Once the market research and the USP were done, the team helped us create a new brand book with recommendations and guidelines on how to use our logo and identity. They came up with two ideas for our brand book, and they presented two mood boards that had general direction regarding colors, fonts, and other visual aspects. Then, we picked the mood board that we liked the most. Based on the mood board and the colors used there, they showed us two logo options. They also had recommendations for our advertising, and they presented samples in our brand book.
What is the team composition?
We communicated with their CEO, designer, and one other person.
How did you come to work with VYTVIR?
We needed someone who had strong branding expertise. On top of that, we didn’t want to work with an agency that could handle everything. Instead, we wanted to collaborate with an agency that had specialized skills in branding. In the end, we decided on VYTVIR because we really liked the fact that their main expertise was branding and they had good ratings, too. Additionally, our partner recommended we choose them because they had worked with them previously.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $7,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from May–July 2021. Our partnership ended, and our company is now in the process of implementing the logo they’ve created on our materials and in our advertising projects.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We just finished the work in July, so it would be hard to say the impact of their work. However, when our internal sources launched two marketing campaigns using the new logo along with the guidelines and recommendations they provided in the brand book, the number of potential clients entering our store increased by 10% month-over-month (MoM).
How did VYTVIR perform from a project management standpoint?
Project management was one of their stronger sides, so everything was very clear during our partnership. Our point of contact was always reachable through email, phone, and in-person meetings. They completed everything ahead of schedule, so it was really easy to work with them.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their portfolio was great, and their CEO was very competent and had huge expertise in the field of marketing. He always came up with helpful ideas and accommodations. If we weren’t sure about something, he always tried to give us more details and provided pros and cons about our decisions. We communicated with other local companies, but they didn’t spend so much time or interest in us like VYTVIR did.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There was nothing that needed to be improved. Everything was really good.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They are experts, and they always have new ideas. Above all, they’re able to help find an appropriate solution for you as they try to understand your business and your competitors.

Please describe your company and your position there.
Owner of a new brand in consumer products (gardening)
For what projects/services did your company hire VYTVIR, and what were your goals?
Wireframes & Design of our new attractive e-commerce website
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Online search and shortlisted to 5 developers. VYTVIR is obviously very professional, clear in communication and delivers what was determined.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
Kick-off meeting, discussion on positioning (which should be reflected in the website), further development of wireframes (Figma) and proper design of the e-commerce website with attention to detail and useful insights provided by VYTVIR.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We were in touch with one project leader who organized his team internally. Fun to work with one SPOC
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Deliverables were as expected (and even better) and in a timely manner
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Clear, down-to-earth project management. They had clear communication and provided follow-up of the project.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The total package of working together in a pleasant, transparent way with a committed team
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Not really

Logo, Social Media Marketing & Packaging for Fitness Cafe
“They helped us make the right decisions.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the head of marketing at Campus Cafe, a local cafe that operates for people who try to keep fit and maintain a healthy lifestyle via food and beverages, healthy sweets, and breakfasts.
What challenge were you trying to address with VYTVIR?
Since we were operating in a small city, the competition was tense, and the main challenge for us was to get to the market. We also needed to increase our social media subscribers to expand our coverage and acquire new clients. We wanted to inform people that we were open and ready to offer a great range of food and beverages.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We initially needed a brand identity, so VYTVIR created a logo, which we used on different items such as photos, plates, and stickers. We also used it on our targeted campaigns. On top of that, VYTVIR helped us create accounts on different social media platforms. They also created content for those platforms, including photos, videos, and text content.
Moreover, they helped us create a menu with photos. Their CEO was a former marketing director of a retail company, so he had experience and expertise in packaging. He then informed us about different types of packaging materials that we could use.
What is the team composition?
I worked with a project manager. At that time, I decided that it was unnecessary to have direct communication with the designers since I could communicate with a manager.
How much have you invested with them?
We invested around $3,000 in total.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project lasted from October–December 2020. In January 2021, we closed the store because of the lockdown. Now, we’re operating as a takeaway company, and we’ve had to cut our budget. As a result, we’re no longer working with VYTVIR.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We received nice feedback from our social media channels. People were reposting our stories, and they interacted with our brand when we launched different activities, such as giveaways and free coffee. The VYTVIR team was also very attentive to detail. For instance, all the photos and dishes looked delicious on the menu.
We also received good feedback around the quality of the cups that we found for reasonable prices, thanks to their CEO. His packaging advice helped us save some money. Overall, the customers were satisfied with the quality of our packaging. We hope to open the cafe after the COVID-19 pandemic, and we’ll definitely work with VYTVIR again.
How did VYTVIR perform from a project management standpoint?
I always received quick responses when I had questions. There was no barrier between me and the project manager. In terms of management, everything they did was easy to understand. They created special dashboards for us to track key metrics, such as the number of subscribers and our coverage from other parts of the campaign. As a result, I always knew about the progress of the project.
What did you find most impressive about them?
VYTVIR was the first company I worked with in terms of packaging. All other companies offered me incomplete solutions because the materials they used weren’t suitable for our logo and typography. By contrast, VYTVIR was a true expert in packaging; they knew the benefits and disadvantages of different types of materials, and they helped us make the right decisions.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Having a more extensive range of services will be an advantage for them. At the time of our engagement, they didn’t offer YouTube video creation services.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Choose to work directly with their project manager, and don’t create a big network of communication because it might distract you. When you’re communicating with only one person from the company, that person can understand all your needs and tasks. Moreover, you shouldn’t try to dictate what they should do. Instead, work more on the specification of your project and explain what you want. This is much easier to do with an experienced project manager.

Branding Services for Apple Fruit Wholesaler

Please describe your company and your position there.
"Organic Apple" is a small family business. We have our own apple fields and also we are apple wholesaler.
For what projects/services did your company hire VYTVIR?
First of all it was branding:logo, brand graphics, colors, fonts, and images. Development of brand messaging, market position.
What were your goals for this project?
We needed a branding and packaging for our products to become more recognizable, make our product more valuable.
How did you select VYTVIR?
We were looking for an agency across the country: made a list of the most desired (by reviews and portfolio). The last step was personal communication, in which they convinced us that they would meet our needs best.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
We started by filling out their detailed brief. After that, they estimated the scope of work, asked additional questions and began to perform. During the work we had regular meetings, where they presented the completed piece of work (most often prepared several options to choose from for us), and we expressed our wishes. Almost all the time we were communicating with their account director Valeria, who was interested in meeting our needs 100%.
What was the team composition?
Their leader was Valeria (account director), their CEO Dmytro and creative director Denis were also present at the strategic sessions, and several designers also worked with us during all time.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
After the introduction of new branding, we constantly hear positive feedback about the updated brand. Also, our partners who buy the product are satisfied with the new packaging, as it creates additional value for the product. Packaging really looks more expensive, while the cost of its creation has been reduced
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We met with their account director every week and other specialists were present if necessary. Valeria planned the project very well, so every week we received information and feedback on how we were moving
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The biggest impression was that the company fulfills its promises on time and with quality. It is very pleasant to work with them, they listen to all your wishes and are really interested in leaving you satisfied.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I’m the account manager at retail/e-commerce company in the field of consumer electronics. Company has more than 200 employees and operates for more than 20 years on local and national markets.
For what projects/services did your company hire VYTVIR?
Our main problem was that the site was not user-friendly. We wanted to expand the capabilities of the site and make the experience for the client more pleasant and understandable and generate more profit from our e-commerce channel.
What were your goals for this project?
Increase conversion rate and improve overall customer experience
How did you select VYTVIR?
I searched online for agencies in Ukraine that had good reviews and reputation. We communicated with couple agencies to get information about services and then we had a few criteria for choice (portfolio, range of services, cases, team). Based on our criteria we decided to choose Vytvir because of the reasonable price and great team they introduced.
Describe the project in detail.
Vytvir created UX/UI design for website after conducting comprehensive customer research. They created various pages of eCommerce: main page, category page, blog design page, branded pages. Also, they built up data visualization dashboards in Google Data Studio for tracking business and marketing KPIs.
What was the team composition?
I worked directly with CEO Dmytro and Account Director Valeria and senior designer Nick.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The results were satisfactory but I cannot disclose numerical data due to NDA. Such metrics as impressions, conversion increased have been increased and such metric as customer acquisition costs decreased.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
It was a great experience because they wanted to deliver the best result and tried to do their best to satisfy us. They always offered many different options from which we could choose the best one for us.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
It is definitely a team. Incredibly talented people who are advanced specialists and offer the best product that is not just visually attractive, but will help your business to achieve goals.
Are there any areas for improvement?
No
VYTVIR offered a structured workflow that took the time to understand the client's suggestions before acting on them. They worked well under pressure, as well. The vendor also had a way of communication that showed a vast expertise in their field with high regard for the client's feedback.
