How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I selected them thanks to an email they sent, and they were able to sell something very far for what they were able to provide
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
I felt bad, the project was supposed to end in a matter of few weeks and it continued for more than 4 months, whatever they wrote for my product was wrong, and I had to ask for several revisions.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Super bad communication, I didn't hear from them for weeks, when they sold their service they told me that I would do a call with the manager support and many other lies
