Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the co-CEO of a Taxi services company. We provide different taxi services to the customers. Our company has all the resources and experience drivers in the company.

Vrinsoft developed a taxi booking app, and it works very well in the market. They add all features which I want to my app. Our goal was to develop a stable and best version of the app to test and user friendly.

After a lot of research, I found Vrinsoft. We engaged Vrinsoft to partner with us to develop the best app for global release. I found that vrinsoft is suitable for my app development based on their expertise and project cost.

There are many steps are included while developing an App. It varies from the types of apps and platforms used in it.

Throughout the project, a project manager was assigned to be the main point of contact. I worked closely with the project manager and developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We grew the user base to approximately 10,000 people in just four months after introducing the first version of the app, and we achieved customer retention rates.

The project manager provides all the updates and information about the project properly. everything was delivered on time.

The workflow between our teams was very effective. They did the great work for me.

They excel in all aspects of their work, thus I don't see any areas where they could improve. Highly satisfy.
