We were working on interactive experiences that VR studio created for us in Unity. On our side we have provided assets and designs and they did all the coding. The idea for the project was to make learning and receiving mental health information in a fun creative way. They have created over 10 experiences like that for us from what I recall. As a summary I would say it was about 10 interactive experiences (mini games), each of them ranging from 1-3 minutes in length.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
It was actually quite clear when the deliverables were in a good shape because we can test and use these interactive experiences, making sure there are no bugs and that the experience works well for the end user. They were always happy to make any changes that we suggested even if they weren't part of the original scope of work. The progress and success here was indicated by a successful completion of each of these projects and doing so in a timely and efficient manner, which they have done.

Yes, they did deliver the items on time and were always flexible with any changes that we needed to make after the start of the project even if they weren't a part of the original scope. They were always helpful and responsive as well as providing their own creative insights into what we can be doing better.

They were just very easy to work with. They felt really passionate about the project so it felt like having an eager team member working with us on these experiences. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely work with them again should we need to create any more of these experiences.
Are there any areas for improvement or something VR Studio Games could have done differently?
That's a good question. I don't recall having any issues while working with them. I would probably say something like communication during off work hours, but they were always responsive even on weekends or if it's passed the work hours of their company. So in my experience I don't believe they could have done a better job, we were pretty happy with their work.
