Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?
We haven’t gone live with the site yet. We’ve run into several technical issues on our side, but Vordik Digital has been very patient throughout the whole process. I’ve really appreciated that.
We’re in the testing phase now, and no major bugs have been reported. The phase we’re working on now is more complex than the first phase so I can’t give any results on that.
How did Vordik Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
The team has been very professional and good with communication. They’ve been flexible with issues that come up on our side. Vordik Digital is good at managing resources on their end, even though our project has been delayed.
I communicate with Aaron using email, and we have phone conversations monthly. My project manager has been in touch more frequently with Aaron and the developers.
What did you find most impressive about Vordik Digital?
Their attitude is that they want to do the best for their clients. They’re very honest and straightforward in the way they deal with their clients.
Are there any areas Vordik Digital could improve?
I don’t have daily contact with them, but I feel their level of communication has been good; they address issues as needed.
