I’m the director of one of the three divisions of a market research and logistics firm based in New York. We’ve been working with very important clients regularly, including Samsung, Nike, LG, Hyundai, and Toyota, despite not being a big company, with only 25 employees.

We needed help with our recruiting efforts.

What was the scope of their involvement?
I’ve worked very closely with VocalViews® on various projects. They provide us with recruitment services, finding the right candidates to interview based on the specifications we provide. The people they find for us are interviewed to work on different projects, whether they are for regular consumers or B2B clients. Most of the time, the deliverables are interview arrangements, but they sometimes also arrange the interviewing platform and provide transcripts of the interviews after we’re done. Thus, their involvement depends on the project.
For example, on one of our projects with Hyundai, I was looking for two journalists within the UK and one person who had recently worked at an automotive manufacturing company with experience in product development. VocalViews® helped us find these people, explained to them what we were trying to do, and arranged the interviews within the certain time frame we required.
What is the team composition?
For every project, I start working with Anthony (Founder). Once the project is commissioned and we provide the specifications, we get assigned a project manager who follows up with us and gives us regular updates of the people who have been recruited.

We’ve done a lot of projects together, and VocalViews® has always met our expectations.
How did VocalViews® perform from a project management standpoint?
VocalViews® performs very well; project management is one of their main strengths. We usually communicate via email, but I know their project managers very well, so I can also message them for urgent matters.
What did you find most impressive about them?
VocalViews® knows how to work on an ad hoc basis. A lot of companies have a very established collaboration system, and clients have to adapt to it. However, VocalViews® is very flexible and uses different methods to get better results and find more difficult resources to find. For example, if I need a technical person, they don’t just go to their database but also do in-depth research to find the ideal candidate online. Overall, they’re very proactive and very strong on ad hoc projects.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It would be great if VocalViews® could grow their network upon their findings online in order to make similar projects easier in the future. However, it is easier said than done in our industry.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make sure to be very clear and thorough with what you’re looking for because every project is different. The better understanding VocalViews® has, the better they will deliver for you.
