What challenge were you trying to address with Vivo Creative?

We engaged Vivo Creative to create marketing content for our restaurants. We wanted to maintain brand consistency across each location while still resonating with the different communities they serve.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Vivo Creative produces a wide variety of marketing content for us. Key areas include graphic design for print ads and social media, email marketing blasts, and photo shoots. They have made 30-second and one-minute videos to capture the customer experience of entering our restaurant. We manage the marketing side while Vivo Creative delivers the content.

We have a primary point of contact, but Vivo Creative scales our team depending on our needs.

Vivo Creative is based in our hometown, so we were aware of their work and reputation before we connected.

We started working together in February 2013, and our partnership is ongoing.

We see growth in our sales revenue year after year, and we attribute a large part of that success to Vivo Creative. They’ve maintained brand consistency among our six locations and the demographics they serve.

Their team is highly responsive to our needs and vision. When we bring an idea to the table, they are quick to find ways to bring to life. They sometimes suggest alternative approaches, but they never say no to a task or a challenge. They prioritize deadlines and communicate updates effectively.
