Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m one of the founders and the CTO of Winirvana, a direct-to-consumer startup in the alcohol industry.

We needed iOS and Android mobile applications.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to build reliable applications that streamlined order placement and delivery. Our goal was to implement integrations with payment processing gateways, messaging services, and a cloud-based backend.

To ensure that they understood our goals, Vivendem offered free consultation after the discovery and analysis sessions. They designed mockups, developed iOS and Android applications, and implemented the necessary integrations. Our feedback loop was tight and their teams worked quickly. The QA team thoroughly tested the apps and found no major issues. They provided support and maintenance packages before the final source code.

What was the team composition?

The team had five to eight people, depending on the stage: an iOS developer, an Android developer, a UI/UX designer, a QA analyst, a project manager, and a product owner.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Vivendem successfully achieved our goals. They delivered on time and within the expected budget, which we increased after analyzing the product thoroughly and adding features. Within our company, feedback was impressive and inspiring. Investors and soft launch groups gave it high scores. It was a great start to a mutually beneficial partnership that will benefit our bottom line.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I appreciated their professionally structured agile approach. We felt like the project manager and their team were sitting our office. They responded quickly, delivered detailed reports, and gave us access to their Slack channel and HockeyApp. We had no major issues.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Everything they did reflected their genuine desire to learn about our business needs, focus on our priorities, and demonstrate their readiness to help.
