They helped us and guided us on how to write the right blogs, reach the right social groups, create the right SEO terms on our website. Create lead generation facebook ads. Right now we are on the first step. They encourage testing new approaches too of reaching our desired audience. Next step will be digital advertisement.

We got a great response from the Facebook lead generation ad. We are now in the process of retargeting that desired group. We are learning a lot about which strategies to focus on because we have done a variety of testing.

They are very efficient and timely. I never felt like I was wasting any time.

I appreciate that they took the time to learn about my company and industry. They are not about making a quick $, they truly care about you and your business first. I have worked with quite a few experts in their field, and they typically just want you to spend a lot of money on digital marketing, they don't take the time to understand what you really need. Especially a small business start up with limited marketing funds.

I honestly can't think of any. I look forward to continue working with them until my business is off the ground and super successful!

Their project management style was very hands on. From onboarding to execution, everything was communicated very well and always in a timely manner. I never went longer than a few hours without a response.

I found the depth of knowledge behind what they do to be very impressive. Everything they do is also provided with a why they are doing it, which I like. This helps me not only understand the process better, but also how to better improve my company as a whole.

I interviewed a number of companies, but price and attitude were the main reasons. Great attitude + excitement about projects + cost that is fair to everyone = a no brainier. I really didn't interview anyone else with this combination that checks all of the boxes.

First he listened to the task at hand and then did some research on the existing options on the market. He then set out to implement the project. In short, it required him to use a couple of new pieces of software that are capable of tying in with each other in a way that is not overly obvious. He then had to tie that in to existing digital advertising platforms.

The good news is that the system works incredibly well and we have seen an ROI of 8-9X our ad spend. We are still working out the kinks but Virtualbrix has been there all of the way.

We had several online emails where we looked at the services that Virtualbrix could provide as well as the type of work done in the past. We reviewed the scope of my company and services and discussed general market trends. We set up video calls where we discussed in depth the best ads and keywords that would connect the right clientele to our services. We had ongoing weekly contact via email about optimization efforts. We have reviewed several times lists of key words and performed weeded out negative keywords and other optimization efforts. Virtualbrix also guided me through the traffic on our website and what keywords were getting the best hits. We have looked at and worked out the money to spend on ads each month to target the right amount of inflow for the business. We have also discussed ways to optimize my website and Virtualbrix has been generous in offering additional advice and options to expand my view of the possibilities.
