What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

it was my own satisfaction mainly. The clients do not really have to interract or do anything on the website. It was just one more way for us tobe present online and show our products and services.

Everything was delivered on time and they were very patient with me. As a mom and entrepreneur, it is easy to push some things on my to do list aside, but I had warned them about that and they did a great job at reminding me very nicely and politely of what they needed from me.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

they are all very young but still very professional. It is nice to encourage young entrepreneurs. I was very happy with their performance overall!

Are there any areas for improvement or something ViralCollab could have done differently?

At some point, they did mention using chat GPT which I kind of knew. It is not a problem in itself, but chat GPT isn't perfect so we had to re-word some things here and there and sometimes it is not as ''personalized''.

We had a first encounter to clarify our services, our ideal clients, our positionning, our messaging. We meet every month to look at numbers and tweak as we go to increase the conversion rate.

Mainly one person and the other was more involved on the admin side

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

At the moment, we need to do something on our end to clarify our products and services to attract more ideal clients. On their end, the conversion rate has increased substantially. We are currently working on our website and our messaging to clarify our positionning.

Very effective workflow. These young entrepreneurs are very respectful and listen very well to our request, trying to clarify and helping us be more specific and precise with our messaging.

Their honesty, patience, and respect for what we are going through as a company is impressive.

At the moment, I do not have any comments for improvement. Still work in progress.

Ascension Velo is a bike store that offers also mechanical services. Our market is more toward middle to high end bicycles and brands. We sell road bikes, mountain bikes, gravel bikes, e-bikes, etc. and also offer complete mechanical services. We distinguish ourselves through our very personalized service, exclusive products and extensive knowledge of the sport and the market.

We hired Viralcollab to help us with our online image, our new online store, social media and online marketing.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We chose them because of their extensive knowledge of online marketing. The owners both have very successful social media pages with millions of followers which demonstrate their very good understanding of online marketing and social media management. Also, our first meeting showed lots of professionalism and good organization skills plus they had new ideas and a clearer understanding of our market than many previous firms.

We started with the website redesign. They re-organized our online store so it was easier to navigate for our customers. They redid the whole SEO for each page, for the website globally. The results were immediate. Two weeks into the program, we had customers coming from new areas telling us they saw our ads online.

Then they worked on our social media presence and started doing social media marketing and organized our emailing program for our customers to get the new deals. They monitor our online activity very thoroughly and each month present their results and plan of action for the next months. We want eventually to work with influencers and they are slowly bringing us in that direction.

We worked with both owners, they each have very good skills in the online marketing business.

Viralcollab brought us a very high return on investment in a very short amount of time!

Very good workflow. Their team is in direct contact with the manager of the store every week so they know exactly what works, what doesn't work, what products to advertise, etc. They always answer our texts or emails readily. The service is A+

Results right away, a week after they started. Also, they are young, each very successful with social media and very knowledgeable in their field. They take the time to understand our business, listen to us, and make sure to respect our budget in a way to maximizes our needs. They are very respectful and transparent, very trustful young men.

Honestly, we are very satisfied, they are the best we have had so far!
