I’m a manager for a cleaning company. We do commercial and all kinds of cleaning. I’ve been working here for five years, and we have a team of 50 people.

What challenge were you trying to address with Vipo Agency?

We wanted an agency for our digital marketing strategy, SEO, SMM, and content marketing. We were looking for a complete digital marketing package because we wanted to bring our website to the top of the Google ranking. Also, we wanted to improve the site's speed and increase the website traffic.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Vipo Agency works on Instagram and Facebook. They optimize the website and do link building, keyword research, competitor analysis, and many other things. The team creates the content and does everything for us.

We work with three people: a content writer, an SEO manager, and a social media manager.

We searched SEO agencies near us on Google, and they came up.

We spend about $12,000 AUD (approximately $8,850 USD) on marketing monthly. It includes the whole package.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in November 2021, and our relationship is ongoing. We began with three months, but we continued with them for their excellent results.

We have Google Analytics, so we track everything. We’ve seen a significant difference in the last three months.

Whenever we need something, we call them. They provide monthly reports on their work and explain all the information. We have face-to-face meetings, or we call or email them to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

There are hundreds of marketing companies, but Vipo Agency is really driven. They provide what we ask, and the traffic coming through the website is amazing.

What challenge were you trying to address with 45 Media?

We hired 45 Media to help us with our SEO needs.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I asked 45Media to come back to me with some ideas of what we could do and how many keywords we could optimize. They sent me a document and said they had to optimize a minimum of 25 keywords because the moving market was big and competitive in Melbourne. 

After that, they did 25 keywords and they added some content to our website. The team didn’t make any changes to my website but they added a few pages like Best Moving Company in Melbourne. On top of that, they integrated some feed docs on my website.

I was in contact with the business owner.

How did you come to work with 45 Media?

I was part of a Facebook group where I had many online friends in India. I never met 45 Media in person, but I had a chat with them on the phone. I knew that they understood SEO and marketing. In the end, I chose their team because other companies only cared about money.

We worked with them between December 2018–July 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They helped me a lot with their incredible research skills. Their strategies helped us to get local leads from suburbs. We were also able to rank for Melbourne keywords, and we were impressed that we could easily find our website on Google.

They were not complicated so I liked working with them. They came to me all the time with creative ideas of what we could do and how we could target clients. With their support, we just needed to maintain the keywords they set. Above all, we received many daily calls and inquiries because of their work.

How did 45 Media perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated through email and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

45 Media was clear on the cost of the project; they were able to determine a fixed cost on our target area and specific keyword. We appreciated that they provided monthly and weekly reporting. After the first month, we were able to see results from their work. Overall, they did good work for me.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It’d be good if they could hire someone who spoke good English. Whenever we had a chat, they’d use email. I didn’t like writing emails because I prefer to be on the phone or face-to-face. However, they might’ve hired someone recently who could speak English.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They’re really good with SEO, and they can work with you even if you have a low budget. You can start small, and you’ll see that they can give you a good outcome.
