I am working as a project manager and services delivery officer. Our company is a solution provider for software and cyber security services.

For some projects, we needed some dedicated onshore developers and designers. Scrum teams came into our observation because of their reach and expertise in that particular domain and tech stacks.

We found them through Linkedin and a couple of research brought us directly to their founders and project managers. The major things that made us hire them were their capabilities for managing and executing such level projects, their command over different technology stacks, overall commitment to the client on a long-term basis, as we needed some company to work regularly on our projects.

The project started off with the selection of developers, designers, and project managers who had direct relation and contribution to our work. Scrum Teams provided us with multiple software engineers, from experience level mid to senior. Among them, we shortlisted our preferred engineers and took them on board after conducting a few tests and interviews.

Scrum teams provided us with multiple relevant profiles meeting our requirements and eligibility. We conducted entry-level tests, interviews and then selected final candidates by a technical interview done by our project managers and client's side project manager.

We have observed their resources exceptionally well and experienced with a thorough industry and domain expertise. The outcomes are as per expectations, meeting the client's requirements, and standards.

We have made our workflow work smoothly, and efficiently so that, we and our clients get the maximum outcomes in a work-life balanced way. Scrum Teams has also ensured and enabled their resources to follow the prescribed model in order to maintain decorum.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We are impressed with their productivity and troubleshooting skills. we found the most in Scrum Teams. Not only in their developers but also the project managers and founders of the company.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Perhaps, they should offer more towards enterprise-level software solutions to enrich their portfolio with Fortune clients.

ScrumTeams assigned us a project Manager with a team of Senior and junior SEO experts. They worked on organic strategy, SEO strategy, SERP strategy,technical SEO for website maintenance and website growth. Their team helped us understood our brand health using technical tools.

There is a group of SEO analysts that work on our account, but most communication is done through my account manager. Their point of contact was majorly their assigned Project managers for respective job roles.

ScrumTeams has met and exceeded our initial traffic goals, leading to increases in rankings, conversions, and revenue for our site.

ScrumTeams has a very impressive team management style with productive communication with each team member. Monthly audit reports were generated timely. Keyword infusion based on google console ranking. tool management to overlook the competition. Fazal, gives me updates and monthly reports. If I ever have questions or business updates, I share those with Fazal for my better understanding.

ScrumTeams made the process easy and acted as an additional resource to our team.

I am working as a Lead UI/UX and Graphic designer at UZ Developers. We provide UI/UX, CX & Phone design services to our clients in North America. We also provide dedicated design resources as per the requirement.

ScrumTeams offered us with several options from senior to mid level designers and developers. My team then interviewed them ad their Project Managers leading our main project. We shortlisted according to their latent and our requirements.

ScrumTeams introduced us with different options of UI/UX developers and engineers or our respective projects. Before on-boarding them we executed a brief oriented with all of the team members and their Project managers.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

ScrumTeams' response time is great and their team is available at all times with respect to its different time zones. They were able to deliver timely, on top of that, project communication is great, and challenges and different points of view are always communicated respectfully.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

As per the mutual communication between us and ScrumTeams, we decided to keep it through one project management tool (JIRA) and one communication tool (Slack) and it was very effective and time savvy for our workflow and productivity. We observed certain improvements in our overall results
