Our company is a one-stop-shop for delivering the best technology at each touchpoint of the hiring process for venture-funded startups. I am the cofounder.

For what projects/services did your company hire Video Panda?

We hired Video Panda for intro videos, explainer videos, graphic design within the videos, variations of outros as well as scriptwriting.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal of our videos were to explain the customer journey for both suppliers and buyers of a digital hiring event in a captivating way, for all stakeholders involved, that was brand relevant with a great dialogue.

How did you select Video Panda?

We selected Video Panda through word of mouth.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.

1. Firstly we briefed Video Panda on what our goals were.
2. We provided video content of the environment in small clips but lots of them.
3. Video Panda provided a suggested clip, a suggested voice-over, and why. 4
4. We loved the script and kept 95% of the suggestions with a couple of personal preferences added.
5. Video panda created an intro and outro, pieced all the content together, added the script with the voice over and made everything flow.
6. a few rounds of feedback here and there, amendments could not be more punctual.
7. video was delivered in multiple formatted options.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

Everybody was thrilled with the content and I felt very proud to use it in our pitches. They demonstrated the level of quality that represented what the brand and company wanted to portray.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I pitched the project to some of the best MBA programs in the world and they said the content was some of the best they had ever seen.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Seamless: replies on time, easily accessible, correspondence well written and well thought out, timelines stuck to, no over-promising and under-delivering.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Honestly, everything was great. Although for me what stood out, was the final product in relation to the briefing, sometimes it can be hard to brief teams on creative ideas, often the outcome is not what you expected/visualized in your head. Every time I briefed Video Panda on an idea, they produced a better outcome than what was in my head. This allowed me to not have to worry about what the outcome was going to be on future products with tight deadlines and allowed me to focus on other areas of the project.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Everything was fantastic.

1. Brief: Send a link to their brief form. they review each brief to make sure everything is 100% clear before they start (if not, they ask).
2. Scriptwriting: The scriptwriters then create a compelling script for each project, which he sends to us for feedback and approval.​
3. Styleframe: Then they create up to 3 frames of the video, for our approval of the visual style, colors, and typography.
4. Storyboard: After the style-frame is approved, they apply the style to create a scene-by-scene storyboard.
5. Music Selection: After the style-frame is approved, they apply the style to create a scene-by-scene storyboard.
6. Voice-Over: After they select the VO based on the brief, they professionally record and edit the voiceover track. Then they send us their recommendations from their library of royalty-free music tracks.
7. Animation: bringing the storyboard into life by animating all its parts.
8. Post-Production​​: Combine the animated scenes, music, voiceover, and sound FX into the final product.
9. Delivery: Deliver the video as high-resolution, web-optimized, and social media-optimized.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since beginning our work with Video Panda, traffic has increased by 90% which resulted in significantly more conversions.
