I am the CEO of Innk Jobs. Innk jobs is a tech start-up online employment marketplace that helps companies’ blind screens candidates based on relevant skills & traits – not personal information or only resumes.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Viable Marketing?

We were looking for new ways to expand our services. This created the need of finding a way to automate the hiring process, thus the innkjobs.com platform was born. The Viable team was responsible for both the design and development of the web app platform. Once the development took place, the Viable team designed an holistic Growth Marketing Strategy and action plan.

How did you select this vendor?

We were searching for an agency for a long time with no success. The majority of the agencies were lucking of expertise and deep knowledge of Growth Marketing methodology and tactics. We found Viable through a referral from a friend, who is also a happy customer of this agency.

Our cooperation took place in specific steps:

1. We had meetings with the team in order to make them understand our needs, our goals, our business plan.

2. The Viable marketing team made a thorough market research, presented the findings and developed a full Growth Marketing Strategy and action plan, tailored made to our needs.

3. The Viable design & development team was responsible for the design and development of our web app platform. it is important to mention, at this stage, that the team offered us a custom web design that presented our culture and brand identity. In addition, the Viable team was responsible for the logo design and the whole brand identity.

4. The Viable marketing team is implementing, till now, the Growth Marketing strategy through a series of tactics and actions:

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We ran campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn platforms with great results. To be more specific, we achieved the following results: - Cost per Lead: between 1 to 5 euros - Cost per Hiring Candidate: 100 euros - Increased organic LinkedIn reach by 5000%

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have weekly meetings with the Viable team, where we analyse the results of our strategy and the Viable team always implements the new decisions in short term period. In this way, we make certain that we don't lose time and we don't stay behind the schedule.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

These guys are always here for what we need and ask them to do. They just don't tell this thing but they really do it! In addition, we are impressed by their expertise and knowledge of growth marketing and its results.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

Not really, we are very happy so far and we want to continue our cooperation.
