VFF In-Home Fitness is proud to be the very first personal training company that will travel to your home to deliver a customized fitness plan. There is no other business like ours in the Central Valley. We offer individualized one-on-one workouts, group instruction and/or corporate fitness. VFF has an amazing team of certified personal trainers that will meet each client at their home, office, Local Park, or environment of their choice to maximize our customers’ convenience.
