UX/UI Design for a Business Performance Firm
the project
"Their personality stands out the most."

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder of a business performance firm that works internationally with a variety of industries and companies of all sizes.
What challenge were you trying to address with Vesanique?
We needed a range of development services, from website maintenance to full UX and UI development.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They use a variety of technologies, particularly in the e-commerce space. They also have quite a wealth of knowledge around software integrations, particularly in the retail and corporate spaces.
I have a direct point of contact and send them the tenders I send out. They provide a presentation if we’re looking at UX development. Surprisingly enough, they have a project management software that they apply to the job too. This allows both me and my client to have access to the to-do lists and action items throughout the project.
One particular project was quite detailed in that we were moving a brick-and-mortar store online. The goal was to remove physical locations from their portfolio entirely, which meant that the specifications for the website were incredibly in-depth and required a lot of creativity and technical programming. We were able to recreate their in-store experience online and tailor the website depending on what the specific user was interested in.
What is the team composition?
I usually work with their top-tier and executive resources, but they do have full creative, development, and technical teams. I also work with those team leads.
How did you come to work with Vesanique?
Initially, I met them through LinkedIn.
How much have you invested with them?
My clients have spent around $80,000 in total with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working together since August 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Their quality of work is exceptional. They have a thorough and unique understanding of the design and audience of a business. Additionally, they’re very clear on the applications of what they’re developing and how they will impact the company. Nobody I’ve ever worked with has had such an in-depth understanding of the entirety of what they’re contributing to, as they’re traditionally focused on their small portion of the project.
How did Vesanique perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re one of the only firms I’ve met that use project management software to track jobs. Their level of communication is high and thorough, and they’re very intentional with their service and with my clients.
We communicate with them through ClickUp, email, and Zoom.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their personality stands out the most.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there’s nothing they could improve. They’re attentive and detailed in what they do.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
It would be a crime to not explore working with Vesanique. They’re my go-to for any project I have.

Goldstone Property Sales
Goldstone Property was founded by a gold medal member of the Australian Olympic water polo team, and this drive for excellence and service to all stakeholders are virtues ingrained in the vision for Goldstone Property.
We set out to develop an identity that married these characteristics in a way that conveyed an aspirational belief system while communicating Goldstone’s premium, yet personalised service offerings. From our verbal branding exercise, we established a core proposition of “Lifestyle Realisation”, setting the industry standard for managing clients’ societal and/or commercial goals until they become a reality.
Leading the direction for visual branding, this concept instructed our typographic approach based on targeted market research and analysis. The brand symbol ‘G’ was developed using the typeface ‘Monoton’, inspired by the metaphoric ‘ripple effect’ of strategic decision-making and the stages involved in making dreams a reality. This font further lends its character set to act as accenting graphic elements, giving branded visual communications a ‘personal touch’.
The colour palette for the Goldstone brand was predicated on the details that inspired its structural identity. Gold was chosen as the primary colour and literal representation of the brand’s market positioning while providing a luxurious appeal. The ‘deep ocean’ navy, as the supporting secondary/contrast colour, has psychological significance as it exudes trust, loyalty, dependability, confidence, and productivity.

Phi Health Medical Clinic - Branding
Phi-Health strives to be ‘the’ iconic brand of premium quality, full-service health in Australia. With this mission in mind, the brand’s Phi icon was developed using concentric circles which are strategically customised to give the impression of depth and a single continuous line. The use of the outer circle symbolises Phi-Health’s holistic service offering, providing clients with almost everything they could want or need from a health care establishment. This symmetry provides a timeless and recognisable structure regardless of its application.
We were proud to partner with Dr Walid Al-Bermani to bring his brand vision to life.

OT Reports - Branding & Web Development
OT Reports’ core offering focuses on assessing patients, then collecting data and entering it into a manageable system for review by legal teams.
This concept’s visuals feature abstract ‘data visualisation squares’ representing the OT Reports process of analysis and long data evaluation and organisation. The logo mark comprises the initials ‘O’ & ‘T’ in a geometric style; the letters are seemingly ‘pieced’ together and built by smaller squares of information. This represents the goal of OT Reports when working with patients. By identifying and building up a detailed bank of information and then compiling pieces of information together to determine a clear and succinct path forward.
The palette is complimentary colours of subdued light greens, teals and calming mid-tone blues. Mid-blue is a balanced colour with a feeling of stability and harmony. Teal has relaxing, optimistic and healing properties. The typefaces implemented are serif styles with angular and geometric qualities working harmoniously with the squares and straight edges in the logo.

Branding & Graphic Design for Co-Working Spaces Company
“Everything they’ve done has been great, and their project management has exceeded expectations.”

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the general manager of a co-working space. We offer permanent and casual solutions regarding office spaces.
What challenge were you trying to address with Vesanique?
We needed some graphic design work done for our company, so we hired Vesanique to create some collateral and print marketing materials for us to distribute to potential clients.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Initially, Vesanique worked with our internal team on our branding. We met with them to discuss our requirements and provided them with a very basic brand guide we had. Then, they took our brand guide and our existing marketing materials to come up with the scope of work. After my directors approved the scope, they started working on creating the marketing materials we needed. So far, they’ve designed various flyers for us, such as meeting room brochures and other product offering flyers.
What is the team composition?
We’ve worked with multiple people from Vesanique, including the directors during the initial consultation, the graphic design team, and the copywriter, who was in charge of ensuring that the wording was correct on the documentation.
How did you come to work with Vesanique?
I was referred to them by one of their clients. During the vetting process, we were looking for a local agency that understood brands and was willing to lead us through the process. Vesanique really stood out as a team that understood what we were after and wanted to guide us to get us there.
How much have you invested in them?
We’ve spent between $5,000–$10,000 AUD (approximately $3,500–$7,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them at the end of 2021, and we’re still engaged with them.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
From the start, Vesanique really understood our brief, and they took the time to understand our business to deliver a great product. We’ve been really impressed with the quality of their work, and we’ve really seen an increase in our sales since using the marketing materials they’ve created for us.
Now, it is much easier for us to provide people with information about our business through these brochures, which has helped us improve our sales process. People have responded so well to Vesanique’s designs that we now need to update our entire branding to match those designs.
How did Vesanique perform from a project management standpoint?
Throughout the project, we’ve given Vesanique creative freedom to work their magic for us. Everything they’ve done has been great, and their project management has exceeded expectations. They’re always on top of things, and they reach out to us to provide us with updates. Usually, we communicate via email, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The fact that Vesanique took the time to understand our brand and what we wanted to achieve was impressive. They didn’t just do what we asked them, but they also engaged with us to find out the purpose of what we wanted to create.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We have been pretty happy, so I don’t think there is much that we would change. The process has gone very smoothly.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Don’t be afraid to ask questions and feel free to go back through the process with them. They’re very easy to talk to and happy to guide you throughout the process.
