We needed help integrating SAP Business One with Salesforce.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They first developed several test integrations in order to demonstrate the functionality. Once that was acceptable, we signed off on them moving forward. They helped us successfully integrate and exchange data between SAP Business One ERP and Salesforce.

What is the team composition?

We primarily work with one person who then spec’s out the work to the rest of the team.

How did you come to work with Veon Consulting?

We researched online and interviewed several different companies. Veon’s integration program looked like a good option. We reached out to them to do some tests. Testing went well, so we decided to move forward.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in July 2016. The primary integration was done a few months later, but we've continued to use them for ongoing consulting, additional integrations, and modifications.

I’m a CRM manager within the IT division of Trivitron Healthcare. We manufacture health and medical devices like ultrasound machines. Our factory, warehouse, and offices are all over India. Other branches of our company are located in Finland and Dubai.

We needed help with building a customer relationship management (CRM) system.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Veon Consulting guided us through the development process of a SugarCRM with an open source application. The team understood all our requirements. They systemically executed the project step by step from the lead to funnel management. They built our software to manage and host all the data in one place for our salespeople and service engineers.

During the final stages, the team integrated a Salesforce automation mobile app within the system. It’s implemented for presales, but not for post-sale yet. This was a wonderful approach. The updated version of the SugarCRM would have been much more expensive.

What is the team composition?

We have a project manager, Amar (Senior Software Developer, Veon Consulting). I know all of his team members.

How did you come to work with Veon Consulting?

My boss knows Shailendu (Partner, Veon Consulting) from previous inquiries. We reached out to several other vendors and met with each one. Shailendu’s team was smaller in size at that time, but he seemed very confident. They comprehensively understood our requirements and could always find a solution.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in March 2013 and completed our engagement in March 2017.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were satisfied with their approach. We have fully implemented the CRM in all our companies. Our management is very appreciative of Veon Consulting’s work. They’re pleased to have reports readily accessible. The mobile app lets us easily track our sales staff to improve our methodology.

How did Veon Consulting perform from a project management standpoint?

The team is very approachable. If I email or call Veon Consulting, I get an immediate response. When staff go on a break, they connect me with a backup resource to cover their work. They’ll also provide an emergency contact for urgent issues.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They never felt like a vendor, but rather a part of our team. They provide us with at least a temporary fix until they find a permanent solution. I also appreciate their availability. I felt comfortable contacting them at any time.

Are there any areas they could improve?

If they expand their team, they’ll be able to take on more work.
