I am the owner of a hotel business based out of Jharkhand, India. We provide economical as well as luxury stay together with lots of other amenities and best In-Service.
For what projects/services did your company hire Velox Consultants?
We wanted to increase our footfall and customer base, so I reached out to Velox for creating a growth strategy and help us identify some of the best practices in the hospitality industry.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I heard about them from one of my friend who had hired them for one of his project. He was quite impressed from their cutomized strategy methodology and sustaineable growth plans. Additionally, they incorporate latest tools & tehcnologies for desigining the strategy.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
The project was devided into 2 partes. 1 - Designing the marketing strategy which was based on a through market reserach and analysis. 2 - Executing the strategy using both digital and traditional media.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Initially I had an interaction with the founder and pricipal consultant. Once the project finalized, they assigned 2 full time associates. 1- Consulting partner 2- Starategy Analyst
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
After implementing the final strategy, the footfall increased by around 25%. We were also able to reduce some of the operational cost which ultemately lead to more profit generation.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
I would say it was ok as the services I had only included remote support and not on the site. So, most of the communications used to happen on call or emails. I think they also have an Onsite support form some extra service fees.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
1- I found them very passionate about the work they performed and their marketing technologies.
2- Instead of using traditional stragtegy models they were using there own in house strategy framework which I found unique and more advanced.
3- The Quality of deliverable were amazing and they always used to explain me the details of those.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I’m happy with their performance but the only suggestion I gave is to provide flexible payment plans.

After shortlisting Velox, we had a detailed discussion regarding our vision for the brand and their job was to create a strategy that would include market research and novel ways to increase our brand's market presence across the country.
Their job was also to analyze market trends and changes and suggest new products accordingly.

We have worked with the Founder of the team Harsh Shah.

There was an increase in our online traffic and offline sales increased as well.

Very efficient responses and regular followup from their side.

Can come up with new strategies that might sound a bit unconventional at the beginning but would yield good results at the end.
