We engaged with the team to continue work on a workflow extension they had begun a year ago. We scoped out a set of work to update it to work with changes on the platform as well as adding new functionality that is needed for further integration. They delivered important fixes immediately that greatly benefited our users. Additionally they add new functionality that allowed us to grow our customer base.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We got feedback from our users quickly about the appreciation of the changes made to the platform. We also were able to set up key meetings with new customers based on the progress shown directly from the work the team added. We are in negotiations now and will likely sign up some these new large customers.

The team did a great job delivering work on time and were fantastic with their communication. Even before starting work if there were chances for surprises they were up front about what that might be so were all on the same page.
