Our website was created 4 years ago. Even though we had high sales on different ofline sales channels and B2C market places, our sales in our website was very low. Our e-commerce sales from our website increased around %280 in 1 year.

We had weekly online meetings and the project manager presented weekly status of the project. Even though we were getting weekly updates, we had readily available access to a test url. This enabled us to get informed anytime we need. We have been communicating via Asana project management tool.

We had some website loading speed issues in the first stage but that was solved very quickly.

After launching our website we have initiated the marketing process based on our website. We've realized that our potential customers started to reach us and they indicated that they impressed by our corporate and professional outlook which created by our website. In our case, we've achieved our target in the ramp-up process. We hope our business volume will be increased within the near future.

We had weekly meetings with the project manager and he led communication with the rest of the team. Additionally, we had meetings on-demand and case-based. We did not have a project timeline and we just focused on the successful outputs. Even without a timeline, they always submitted and followed deadlines in every step of the project.

When we sorted our demands as a bulk, they guided us on how to simplify and classify them. Every single step has been handled case by case but the output has massive integration.

They are indeed able to create your brand image flawlessly. Undoubtfully, some minor informative report would be great in this complexity. It did not affect the output and we are thankful for the results.

Online showroom is a great tool for our business. Every style we develop is created on CRM. After product creation, it is pushed to OS and we upload the pictures to online showroom. First of all, it is great tool to see all the products that we are developing. It is also great tool to present our collections to our customers. No body can deny the benefits of great company website. After launching our company website, our company became more popular and vocal in the market.

The project was well managed. The team was dedicated and devoted to the project. Nothing was missed. All tasks are completed within timeline.
