Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Vantage Market’s project management was overall really solid, though there were a few hiccups in the beginning. At first, it took a bit of back-and-forth to fully align on exactly what we wanted, especially since we’re still in an evolving stage as a business. They were patient and worked with us through those early miscommunications.

Once we got on the same page, they really delivered. Their team was responsive and flexible, adapting to our changing needs as we refined the project. Even with those early bumps, everything was completed on time and the end results exceeded our expectations. Despite being in transition ourselves, their approach helped us grow and streamline in a way that worked.

Their expertise spans everything from software development to marketing, system integration, AI, and beyond. It’s impressive how much experience they bring from across states and other countries, and even though they’re relatively new, they don’t operate like a startup. 

You can tell they’ve come together with a clear vision and the skillset to do something amazing. It’s been great working with a team so dedicated to delivering results. From my perspective in immigration and consulting, they really know their stuff!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out the most about Vantage Market was how directly involved their CEO was in our project. It wasn't just a hand-off; you could tell they genuinely enjoyed what they do. The CEO took the time to personally understand our needs, which made a big difference in getting the details right. It's rare to see that kind of dedication and passion from the top level of a company. 

Even though the project is still ongoing, their enthusiasm has been consistent throughout, and it’s been refreshing to work with a team that’s so engaged and hands-on.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Vantage Market & Digital Solutions LLC. could have done differently?

While our experience with Vantage Market & Digital Solutions has been largely positive, there were a few initial hiccups when it came to fully understanding our vision and gathering all the necessary details. It took a bit of back-and-forth to align on certain aspects of the project. 

That said, they were always responsive and open to feedback, and once we were on the same page, things started flowing smoothly. Since we’re still in the middle of the project and evolving, I’d say they’ve been adaptable, but perhaps a bit more clarity upfront could’ve saved us some time.
