We had a mutual friend who introduced us and I liked the look of Toms work when he showed me

We rebranded and built a website. Every single deadline was missed, I had to email repeatedly to get things done. It was an extremely frustrating experience.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I hired this company for branding and a website. There wasn't a single deadline that was met, and most changes only happened after multiple attempts to reach them. This project was completed and paid for at the beginning of 2022 and I still do not have password access to my website and email. He just recently, after months of chasing him, sent me my branding files all in formats I cant even open. Run far and fast in the other direction.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Not good.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I liked their work when I finally got it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Communication, meeting deadlines, and providing that work to their clients at the end of the project. He claims he sent it to me but Ive gone through every single email and nothing. Never received access to my site and email. If an issue comes up it could be very detrimental to my business as Tom is unreachable to do anything about it anyway. Ive been emailing for six months asking for help with a security issue in my email account as well as the passwords to get in!

Bagan with their assessment of our current SEO rank and the technical specifics of our website. Recommendations were made in terms of fixing technical issues standing in the way of our SEO rank as well as content side changes as well as a link-building campaign.

Amazing results! Dramatic improvement in SEO rank, moved onto the first page and well into the top 10 in many cases.

Great at explaining technical concepts and breaking down the components of SEO.

We are a new startup, and we wanted to build our website based on our brand identity and requirements. Our goal was to launch a full-fledge website that offers vehicle availability, pricing, booking system and data management.

I found about it on Google, I had a meeting with several other companies, but this one seemed the best.

We had an initial meeting in which Tom listened to our problems and requirements, then he suggested the solutions and gave us a proposal. Since we are a startup, he gave us a discount and offered free maintenance service for first 6 months. The mock of the website was sent soon after we started working, followed by the design, content, and the final website.

We have been able to increase our engagement and leads because of the website.

We had regular weekly meetings in which Tom would show us the progress and ask for our feedback.

We were impressed with their web design and development approach.

Although the website was not as great as it is in the beginning, but all the changes were made as requested and the final product is amazing
