Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder of a digital marketing firm called 51 clicks. We started the company in 2011.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Van Bram?
We had a large client that needed certain skills sets. Van Bram had more expertise at them than us internally, so we hired them to do the work for this company.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
The client was dealing with us, but we were partnering with Van Bram. We gave them a scope of what needed to be done and had multiple discussions with them on the phone. They provided Google Ads services, implementing and monitoring Google analytics for a seven-figure campaign.
What is the team composition?
Our team was composed of three people. We had direct contact with TJ (Founder & CEO), who oversaw the entire project. There was someone in charge of reports, and someone else monitored the traffic and made adjustments to the campaign.
How did you come to work with Van Bram?
We did some research and asked for referrals. We got one from someone who we respected. We interviewed 3–4 companies, and Van Bram seemed the most knowledgeable and experienced in the subject.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent around $180,000–$220,000.

We worked together from June 2014–June 2017.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The client was doing in-house work, and they were essentially wasting money. Van Bram’s team saved them over a million dollars on Google Ads campaigns by reducing their costs.
How did Van Bram perform from a project management standpoint?
We communicated mostly through emails, phone and conference calls, and messaging platforms such as Slack. They were very responsible and thorough with their work. They dealt professionally with the client and were responsive to their needs. If something had to be changed in 24 hours, they would do it.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Van Bram was very thorough and professional — it was a pleasure to work with them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can’t think of anything that they should’ve done differently. The client ultimately saw the benefits of what we did for them and brought in people internally to do that job.
Any advice for potential customers?
With Van Bram or any other vendor, lay out what you want in a statement of work or letter of agreement and revisit those goals on a regular basis. We did that, and Van Bram always fulfilled all of our requests.
