We needed the valuation of our company in order to properly divide the assets between the co-owners, as one of the co-owners wanted to step out of the ownership structure with a pay-off.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?
We heard about the company before via recommendation by an aquaintance. We contacted them and were satisfied with their offer.
Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.
We first had an initial meeting, explained the situation and then gave them full financial statements. They were to determine the fair value between all the co-owners, which they then put in a report and presented to us. The case even went to court, and Valuator Consulting provided us with full support in means of company's valuation through the whole process.

We were working with 2 of their senior consultants, one of which was the CEO of the company.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
With their valuation results, we were able to reach an agreement on the fair pay-off for one of the co-owners. By resolving that on mutual satisfaction for all parties involved, we were able to carry on with other projects and business opportunities that were jeopardized by that situation.

Very effective, they are quick to respond, highly professional and always at service.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The approach and the communication made us feel like we were an important client. The expertise too, the way they presented their results was impressive and we were encouraged to ask for as many clarifications and further explanations as we wanted, it was really important to them that we all feel comfortable with the report.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
For the first period we didn't really get much feedback - which is normal since they didn't really have anything to report after just collecting all the necessary data - but we didn't really know what to expect from the final report until we saw the final report.
