What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We have no consumer metrics, as we have yet to launch the website. However, our employees love the designs and how they represent us with a high level of professionalism. The new graphics really boosted their morale.
How did Val Dudka Design Company perform from a project management standpoint?
The CEO was available whenever we needed him. He was on-point and always responded within a couple of hours. He consistently communicated with us through daily emails and phone calls. Any lapse in communication was on our end—never on his.
In the beginning, we communicated more often to figure out which direction we wanted to go. During the designing stage, he spent 7–10 days creating changes and our communication dwindled. However, it picked up again during the revision process with no issues.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We were most impressed by their quality of work for the price. Their cost was unmatched, as other companies would've cost 2–3 times for the same quality designs. The CEO understood our business well and executed workflow at a very high level. He translated our vision into high-quality branding. We could have easily chosen many of the drafts he provided us and were never cornered into choosing subpar designs. He was very flexible and willing to start from scratch if we didn’t like a design.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Perhaps, he could scale the business more to take larger projects. However, the scale worked well for our project and overall, Val Dudka was excellent.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be very direct, because Val is very good at listening and taking your feedback. Be prepared to explain your vision, business model, and how you operate. The more information you give him, the more he will be able to help you.
