V2M2 Group, Inc. came in and took over everything. They run our social media like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter and do everything in their power to make us more visible in the community. Whenever someone comments on our posts, they are responsible for responding.

I'm involved in the chamber with the owner of V2M2 Group.

We've been working together since December 2017.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since we started working together, a lot more people have begun to notice our practice. Many of them told me that they found us online. We also get referrals from our website which indicates that V2M2 Group, Inc. is doing everything they need to.

They are great. We use phone calls and email to communicate.

We are Naperville Newcomers and Neighbors Club, and I’m the treasurer. We are a community organization that welcomes residents of Naperville and surrounding areas while keeping them informed of activities in the neighborhood.

What challenge were you trying to address with V2M2 Group, Inc.?

Our users are mostly within the 50-70 years age range. Because of this, the site needed to be more user-friendly and accessible from the payment processes to the layout. We wanted users to be able to make payments on the right page and have our home page become a landing page full of information.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The V2M2 Group, Inc. made our site easily accessible in various ways. They transformed our home page to include our company’s information on it as well as community opportunities for users to partake in. Additionally, they formatted our site in a more organized, efficient way. Now the information is more succinct and moves from left to right. They implemented the payment feature we needed, so users can easily pay on the site. The V2M2 Group, Inc. also gave us ideas for adding video components to our landing page instead of static images.

What is the team composition?

We worked directly with the owner of the company. We liked his unique approach of having graduate students working on some projects for course credit, but we didn’t directly interact with them or his staff.

How did you come to work with V2M2 Group, Inc.?

I had worked with similar companies in a more corporate setting, but since our organization is much smaller, we chose to work with V2M2 Group, Inc. and received the same high quality of work.

How much have you invested with them?

As a small non-profit, we’ve spent less than $500.

We began working together in May, and we launched the project by the middle of June.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen an increase in site traffic, which is a combination of V2M2 Group, Inc.'s work and the new brochure that we put in visitor bureaus. Also, our site is easier to find online and simpler to navigate on every device.

Their team was exceptional in communicating their needs and progress to us. We had face-to-face meetings to discuss the project. They provided efficiency and clarity when it came to timelines. Additionally, the owner’s leadership and guidance were excellent. They took the time to show us our options and communicate with us.

They provide a fantastic value and support system for a low cost. Their willingness to teach a small grassroots organization how to use the systems stood out to us. They also gave us multiple options for future additions to the site, which we appreciated.
