I’m a co-founder and the director of NovelVista Learning Solution, a leading training organization. 

We provide training for working IT professionals. Our core focus is on niche certifications for project, quality, and service management, as well as various software development areas.

We operate in a highly competitive industry, and we’re dependent on digital marketing. We initially hired them to run our PPC campaigns.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They’ve provided us all the strategy and execution plans for our overall digital marketing.

Uvisible has managed our PPC advertising, specifically Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn. We later expanded our collaboration to digital marketing consulting on organic SEO, email marketing, and various affiliate marketing efforts. 

They share regular reports on performance and statistics. I’m not sure what they use internally, but we’ve been using Google Analytics, with various plug-ins for reporting and analytics. They use keyword planners and other open-source tools. 

What is the team composition?

We had a single point of contact, and there were four to five Uvisible members involved in our project. 

How did you come to work with Uvisible?

We’d engaged a freelance consultant four to five years before working with Uvisible, but it was a short-term assignment. We managed digital marketing on our own after that.

How much have you invested with them?

Our PPC spend depends on the month. I think we’ve spent $40,000 to $45,000 overall.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the initial conversation in October of 2017, and started working with Uvisible in November 2017. The engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After engaging with Uvisible, we saw multifold growth. Their strategies are extremely fruitful and performance-oriented. They’ve helped us grow, given that we’re dependent on good-quality lead inflows. 

The PPC budget we were allocating in-house had varying ROI. After Uvisible took over, we started getting very good ROI for our PPC budget. The number of leads increased, and the cost-per-lead went down. We’ve achieved a good number of conversions, so the quality of the leads has been very good.

Overall, our ranking has improved a lot for all the targets we focused on, which has helped us get more organic traffic. We follow a lot of strategies that were put in place by Uvisible. Their social media strategy helped us get awareness in the market. 

Uvisible has a great team, including one of the best digital marketers with extensive analytical capability. He’s a strategist and he pays minute attention to every detail. 

How did Uvisible perform from a project management standpoint?

Overall project management skills are very good, and there are no concerns.

We’ve had a single point of contact, who shares overall project management plans with us, including what they plan to do and the target KPIs. 

We receive Google Sheets where we can see daily conversions, as well as consolidated monthly reports. We have a good understanding of what’s going on across our entire digital marketing function. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very good in terms of PPC, specifically AdWords and Facebook Ads. We’ve also gotten good results from LinkedIn. 

Also, I appreciate their overall strategizing. They come up with various new, innovative ideas for running campaigns and generating user engagement. They’re very good at understanding the business, suggesting strategies, and following the plan.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There are no immediate concerns, but timelines have small room for improvement. The organic part has been a bit delayed at times, but they’ve provided justifications for that. Receiving everything on time (per the schedule) would make the collaboration perfect.
