I’m the founder of Claydesign, a construction company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Uttu Studio?

We needed someone to develop our website and help us with our brand identity — we’re a startup company.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Uttu Studio developed our brand identity, including the brand guidelines, design, color palette, and even a new name for our company. After that, they built our website from scratch and made sure its design aligned with our brand. They also designed posters that we put on construction sites.

Currently, they’re helping us establish our social media presence.

What is the team composition?

We work with the two founders of their team.

How did you come to work with Uttu Studio?

They were referred to us by some of our friends who knew about their company.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $15,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2021, and our engagement is still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

With our new brand identity, we’ve started to get more leads and calls from new clients. Moreover, our posters and website are coherent, and we now look more like a professional and serious company. Overall, the work that Uttu Studio has done has been absolutely amazing and crucial to our company’s success.

How did Uttu Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management style is really good. They have an ecosystem of designers and copywriters who work collaboratively on projects and are able to deliver outputs on time consistently.

We communicate mainly through WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails; their team sends us assets via email and we conduct video conferences to discuss them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re a very creative team —  in fact, we’re truly amazed by their ability to capture our needs and translate them into a working brand. For instance, they were able to come up with a new name for the company that perfectly aligned with our vision and values of approachability, solidity, flexibility, and partnership. They’re very professional as well. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They can perhaps use communication tools like Slack or Google Meet to share updates. Nevertheless, working with them has been a good experience, we’re so happy with the work they’ve done. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Give them enough space to do what they do.
