What challenge were you trying to address with Utopia Web Designs?

We hired Utopia Web Designs to design, develop, and manage our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They offered different solutions but we chose the WordPress option so that’s what they developed the site on. They implemented a HubSpot functionality so that everything integrates and it is easy to manage. The management of our content was a must because that’s really what we do, content marketing.

How did you come to work with Utopia Web Designs?

We just found them on Google.

How much have you invested with them?

We invested between $5,000–$10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January–February 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The service is next to none with the design and complete product they offer. It is really superb. We’ve also seen a much higher conversion rate since having our website done. I think this is due to having a much more professional looking website. It’s a lot easier now to convert a customer when they come to us through the website. It seems to be a lot quicker and easier because they’ve already read most of the information they’re looking for. We also haven’t had any negative feedback, which was my main concern. 

How did Utopia Web Designs perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re great at communicating. Everything was documented and recorded when it comes to phone calls, meetings, and so on and so forth. So, everything was able to be referred back to and broken down into something easy to manage. It was more digestible for us to be able to focus on certain areas of the website at one time with them and they were very accommodating. I couldn’t have requested any better on their project management skills. We used Dropbox to send them information and I know on their end they used HubSpot as well.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their flexibility was probably the most impressive. They were more interested in what we needed from them and they would bend over backward to accommodate what we wanted and what was best for our business. With all the positives I’ve seen, we can’t recommend them enough.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s absolutely nothing I could criticize.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Sit down and have a meeting with them and take the time to gain trust and allow them to understand your business. If you could do this, you’d really see the services they offer and that it’s not just about getting another one through the door for them.
