I am the director of WK Tax Services, an accounting and tech services company located in Canada.

What challenge were you trying to address with Uptime Web Solution?

I built my website myself, but I received comments from my clients that I needed to upgrade it.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Uptime Web Solution built our website from scratch. They reviewed my feedback and then came back to me with more options according to my business and feedback. I asked them to introduce my financial planning, insurance, and investment services to the website. They have updated all of those pages on my new website.

Additionally, they handle my hosting. The hosting service I had before wasn’t satisfactory and I had some problems with them.

I was able to share my screen with them, and they helped me organize my system remotely. Before uploading, they got my approval for everything and they asked me for my input. I am in Canada and I know what my community here is looking for in my website, so I was able to guide them as to what I was looking for.

What is the team composition?

I work with three people from their team, including a project manager. We also had one team member dedicated to the integration from my previous platform to the new one and another guiding the project manager and developer.

How did you come to work with Uptime Web Solution?

I needed my website completed as soon as possible. I searched on Google, and then I sent them an email and they gave me all the information I requested. I was really impressed with their work.

How much have you invested in them?

I have invested more than $1,200.

What is the status of this engagement?

It started in November 2020, and my website was uploaded by the last week of December 2020. Whenever I need some help, I can reach out and they reply.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

During the period of updating my new website, whenever I had a request to make a change, Uptime Web Solution was able to do it in no time. They are very proficient and accurate.

Their price is good. They are skilled and they studied my accounting business. They gave me feedback as to what my business looks like on the website.

How did Uptime Web Solution perform from a project management standpoint?

They are very efficient with their time. Uptime Web Solution gave me a time period and they were able to finish my project on time. We used email and phone calls to communicate. I have a direct link to my contacts there and I was in touch with them daily during the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They gave me good and interesting information about what the website should look like. The website is successful, and I am satisfied with their services.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They are good and have worked on good projects in Canada and the US. They have good knowledge and the team that they have is very competent.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My clients have asked who did my website, and I have recommended Uptime to them. They were able to design my website according to my requirements. I have some knowledge of how websites work, but some people don’t have that knowledge. The project manager and the team need some input from their clients.

I work for Beamhouse Capital Inc., we import and distribute camel milk powder from different countries and reliable manufacturers. We bring our products in from a producer from Malaysia, then we market, distribute, and sell them here in the United States.

We wanted a team that would help us establish a strong online brand presence.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Uptime Web Solution finished developing our website and they are currently working on SEO and marketing for us. We’re looking to finalize the site through more examinations.

We work with two team members from Uptime Web Solution. But one of those two people is our direct contact who gets all the tasks and other requirements done.

How did you come to work with Uptime Web Solution?

Uptime Web Solution was referred to us. We checked out their portfolio and they did a mockup for us which looked good. Ultimately, we decided that the price and the quality of the work they do are worth it.

How much have you invested with them?

We’re invested less than $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in September 2020 and it’s still ongoing. The team has already completed the website and now we’re working with them on SEO.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The project is going great. So far, our web presence isn’t effective yet and most of our revenue comes from in-person sales. We hope that when everything is settled, we can go on and focus heavily on its marketing. 

How did Uptime Web Solution perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication mostly flows through email — we sent them all requirements here. But we also told them to contact us through WhatsApp, because we can reply there faster than through emails. Overall, the communication is going fairly quickly — we give them what we need in a broad and vague sense and we have a couple of phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The price is a really big thing for us since other vendors we’ve worked with were much more expensive. The team is always available when we need them, unlike other agencies we've worked with who didn’t go above and beyond there.

Uptime Web Solution is really on point when following up on the tasks, making sure that everything is clear, and that we have access to all information regarding the project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There was one time when I was busy and I wasn’t able to follow up on them. I wish they would’ve followed up a bit more, but otherwise, they’re fantastic. There are no complaints.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Keep in contact with them. Overall, you can give them a broad and they're pretty quick at going out and finding out what really works for you. Uptime Web Solution is pretty good when making changes that are needed to be made. Go over the website and do your own due diligence after the tasks are completed to make sure that everything is in order.

I’m the owner of Smoke Shop. We have all products related to smoking like hookahs, pipes, vapes, and cigarettes.

We have a brick and mortar store and we wanted to do business online as well. I needed someone to develop the website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed my website and did the SEO. The website directs the younger age customer from the age of 21-35. They completed the website in November but it’s ongoing because a lot of new products are coming onto the market. We get new products every month or old products go away, so they continue to do the maintenance.

There was a team, but I was in coordination with two people.

There was a meeting organized in Michigan, and I met the owner of the company there. He was the marketing manager at that time. He explained what services they provided and I decided to go with them.

They’re a new company and they’re into the market. You should try them. They will give you the same support they’ve given to me.
