What was the scope of their involvement?
Upsist has taken full ownership of our inbound and outbound lead processes. The main deliverable has been a consistently updated and qualified sales pipeline within the ACGROW CRM. The team is also responsible for all data entry and maintenance within the ACGROW CRM, including tracking leads, updating opportunity stages, logging all communications, and generating automated reports on our sales pipeline health.
Additionally, we have delegated all of our backend administrative work to Upsist, including daily email management, meticulous calendar scheduling, and organizing all meetings and appointments with prospects and clients.
Content creation and social media marketing have been critical parts of the scope. Our Upsist VA has been responsible for both content creation and managing our social media marketing efforts. They have helped us generate content ideas, draft engaging social media posts, and schedule them for optimal reach. We even trust them to provide some of these services for our own clients, a level of confidence we never thought we’d have in a virtual assistant.
