Meeting schedules wasn't how we wanted them to be all the time. That's because they mostly work from India and during IST. However, they made an exception for us - and alloted a dedicated resource who worked in our time - so we are grateful.

Yes. While project management was done well, there were still a few discrepancies that made us little anxious at times.

For instance, there were times when we had to proactively reach out to them for follow-ups or updates on the tasks going on.

We'd have appreciated if they would have been more proactive. Other than that, we had a great time working with them - and our partnership continues to thrive.

We have very specific metrics for measuring the overall success of the partnership. We follow the overall engagement on all of our social media platforms and public forums. Engagement has increased significantly. We have also increased our social media presence. We’ve also seen a slight increase in our website traffic. I would say 10–15% of our total traffic can be credited to their online reputation management efforts.

We used our in-house management software and tools to manage the entire project. Their team was quick to adapt to our tools. They deliver things on time.

They are very professional. They always try to go above and beyond what they have promised, and that is something that we haven’t seen with other agencies. Working with them has been a good experience.

They understood our business. They remolded themselves based on our business model, and that was something that we really found impressive.

They could have managed time schedules better. They were a few instances where we couldn’t find a common time for calls. Scheduling could have been managed better. Communication is something they could have managed better as well, but apart from that, they were excellent.

Be clear with your expectations. Have clear and precise performance indicators because that will help you understand the progress of the project.
