I’m the design director of a U.K. based lighting company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Un.titled?

We were bringing our first product to the market and needed to find an e-commerce solution with custom elements.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Un.titled was involved with our project during the early stages. They created our brand identity and helped us with naming the company. They also developed the strategy for our Shopify website and then implemented it.

What is the team composition?

The team size varied throughout the engagement. We generally dealt with 2–3 key people at any given stage, including a project manager and a couple of developers.

How did you come to work with Un.titled?

I met their managing director around 10 years ago when I was working for another company. I’ve worked with them on various projects over the years.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around £12,000 ($16,949 USD), including an initial design scope.

What is the status of this engagement?

We first started this engagement with Un.titled around five years ago. After a couple of months, the project was put on hold. It was picked up again at the start of 2016 and the site was completed after 2–3 months. There are no ongoing activities.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We had specific ideas about how we wanted our brand and site to be represented. Un.titled interpreted our vision extremely well and used their technical skills to achieve it.

How did Un.titled perform from a project management standpoint?

Un.titled strictly adhered to the deliverables and deadlines we determined at the start of the project. They delivered everything within the timeframe we needed.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I appreciated the quality of their designs and their ability to bring our vision of the website to life.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We had a few minor issues with the site, such as image cropping, which took a bit of time to fix.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Go in with a relatively open mind about what they need. Un.titled has a strong design and technical base, so they can bring this aspect to the collaboration.
