Their proactive and committed approach made a huge difference. They were professional, proactive, and delivered solid results. Communication was smooth, and they were great at addressing our needs. We’d definitely work with them again!

Honestly, we’re pretty happy with how everything went. There’s nothing major we’d say they could improve on. They did a solid job!

I am Admissions and Marketing Executive at an international school group. We have 4 schools and 1 business school under its Umbrella. Inbound marketing responsibility was handed to Univesense for 2 schools.

Inbound marketing responsibility was handed to Univesense for 2 schools. Goal- To generate qualified website traffic along with Brand building.

Their Pitch presentation was impressive and was suiting our requirements.

Univesense was responsible for all inbound marketing. All SEO-related activities for the 2 websites were handled by their team. They also did content generation for social media. Monthly, 3 blogs were created by the agency.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The hold of Univesense team on SEO-related work is very strong. their onsite and offsite SEO activities are highly appreciated. They worked on changing our website content and worked on optimising the content to make it more compelling. The association was very short to see great difference in website performance but slight improvement was surely observed.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their SEO-related work was very effective and streamlined but creative making for social media took some time to reach to our expectations.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Dealing of Mr Saven on the issues addressed by us was very smooth and his way of explaining the progress to us was highly appreciated. Our accounts Manager Ms Ross is a very proactive person who has always stepped forth to get our issue resolved.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Their team need to be a little more aggressive in their approach. They have good hold over the understanding of technicalities, they have good knowledge but are very laid back, a little aggressiveness in working is also required.

The ad copy support has been creative and effective, enhancing our campaign performance. Additionally, their paid media strategies have significantly boosted our ROI.
