This intake process presented patients with specific questions based on their previous responses, ensuring a streamlined and relevant experience.
To further enhance the system, AI was incorporated to assist with dynamic intake forms, suggesting questions based on patient responses and history. Additionally, intelligent scheduling features analyzed appointment availability and patient preferences to recommend optimal booking times, improving both efficiency and user satisfaction.
The system also provided robust administrative functionality, allowing clinic staff to manage bookings on behalf of patients. Administrators could easily schedule appointments, reschedule when necessary, and monitor overall clinic capacity. The deliverables focused on ensuring a secure, intuitive platform that aligned with the clinic's operational needs while offering the potential for future scalability.
