One of the biggest Real Estate companies in USA came to us with the aim to create a web platform together with Mobile app to control everything in the company – all types of building etc, deals, managers. We didn’t have enough resources and decided to transfer the project to our partners.

The Unit Space’s main task was to create from scratch a platform that covers all information about the deals, agents, clients, and the company's employees.

It was two years before this project. We researched several different companies to extend our team. We interviewed Unit Space on a common basis. Representatives from their team came out to speak with us. They are professionals and picked up terminology well. Also, Unit Space brought their own experts and architects to think along. That led to the final statement of work.

The project's main goal was to implement the full functionality of real estate platform in accordance with the customer's business requirements. The realization of these requirements became the main stages of the development process:

• Personal account development for each manager;
• Platform with a full range of filters for property;
• Reports; . Also, the team worked under tools for document creation, and editing, its design and esigning. The team developed both front-end and back-end. They used .NET, Angular and MongoDB to create the web part plus Kotlin and Swift to create a mobile apps. Also they used AWS (ECS, RDS). As a result, the developed platform is able to cover the following business processes:
• Full control of houses, apartments and clients property;
• Full control of the deals inside the company;
• Reports for C-level;;
• Document flow with business partners - (receivables and payables).

The team was pretty big. Ten specialists work on the project. We had 5 experts from the development team (.NET and Angular), two UI/UX designers, 2 testers, 1 DevOps. Besides them, the project was supported by a devoted business analyst. The project manager conducted all communication. He was in touch all the time.

We are extremely pleased with the outcome. As a result of our partnership, we've gone from zero to a platform in 6 months. The Unit Space’s team met all deadlines and business goals of the client.

We used the agile development process and Jira to track the progress. It’s been a pleasant experience so far. The developers were dedicated to their tasks, and they’ve exhibited the necessary expertise to engage with our industry’s latest technologies. We also appreciate their effective, stress-free communication. Every week, they schedule progress meetings and deliver reports on the completed work.

Business analytics, Agile development skills, technology skills, a clear understanding of user requirements & UX design. Besides, their communication is amazing.

Honestly, I don't think so. The team is proficient and effective. They’ve done great by doing what they said they were going to do.

They completed and delivered the outcome in a short period of time. It was hassle-free, and they knew exactly what we wanted from the start.

We contacted our project manager and developers for all issues and projects. We used Skype to communicate and were very pleased with the outcome of the project. Every day, they kept us up-to-date on project progress and any questions or queries were responded to very quickly and instantly. We were constantly kept up to date on any timings or future plans for their task list. The project was managed extremely well, amazing communication with a great eye for the details.

The fact that they managed to execute our vision perfectly was most impressive. your patience with us throughout the development and even your support after.

Unit Space was hired to create a technical solution, including a mobile learning app and a web admin panel. The mobile app, which works on both iPhones and Android devices, was built using React Native. It lets students view learning materials, take quizzes, track their progress, and get notifications. Unit Space took care of the whole app creation, from design to testing. At the same time, the team built a web platform that teachers and admins can use to manage things. This web dashboard lets people in charge of courses manage lessons, keep an eye on student activity, release content, and create reports on how students are doing. The system also features a safe and adaptable backend which keeps data synced between the mobile app and the web platform, and it has various levels of user permissions.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project delivered strong, measurable results across both product performance and user engagement. The mobile app launched successfully on the App Store and Google Play, receiving highly positive feedback and maintaining an average rating above 4.8 stars. Within the 1.5 months, over 12,000 students registered on the platform, with consistent daily usage and high quiz completion rates.
