They have a unique method called Unignorable X. Firstly, they’ve done market research, and set up our new financial system and CRM. The second step involved creating a brand strategy and improving brand identity. Next, they’ve crafted a brand intro video and optimized our Instagram page as well as other social media platforms. Lastly, they recorded custom Meta ads training lessons.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Munich customers had a strong positive reaction to our brand refresh. We’ve drawn much more eyeballs to our Instagram, TikTok and website. As a result, we’ve seen an increase in the number of shoes being sold monthly by 37%. I’m super impressed as this was achieved in only 3 months and with bigger profit margins.

Quick and very well organized. Our main communication tool was Slack and I was able to track project progress in real time on Notion. At every point, it’s clear what needs to get done next.

They’ve done marketing research (brand, market, competition), a new brand strategy and vision, a new look and strategy for our Instagram page, basic website CRO, a promo video, and the media buying setup.

They set the strategic vision for Art Print and the path to get us there. As a result, I’m 100% clear on where to put all my efforts. Financially, my revenue is increasing steadily by 5-15% each month. They helped me figure out the optimal way to run Meta ads at a reasonable ROI and I’m seeing the clear difference.

Unignorable has helped us develop and optimize all major touchpoints for our business. After brand immersion, we've done rebranding, including brand strategy and identity. Then, we worked on Instagram marketing, as it's the main platform for photographers. 
They've helped us optimize our page, craft promo video and campaigns like Panorama October and Vintage Scene. Additionally, they've designed a new website in Figma and developed it in Webflow.

Improvement in all areas, but the main outcomes are increases in average monthly revenue (112% up), AOV (43% up) and Instagram followers (roughly 3x more)

Unignorable handles all aspects of my branding and marketing. They even helped with ideas for improving client experience. Basically, anything that’s going to drive the bottom line they’re willing to do. First, we did extensive market research which they call Brand Discovery. I especially liked that they included quite a few barbers both locally and internationally. We gained a lot of insights and knew what had to be done. Each service has its unique process that they developed.

They worked on building the Sina Mastercut brand, my website, promo video, Instagram setup and management, Mastercut Journeys campaign… Each of these projects was done meticulously. They are really precise.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It’s clear that my brand started growing. Even though I’m increasing my prices, I’m still fully booked all year round. My revenue is on a steady upward trajectory. I have more clients than I can do haircuts for which is the goal of every barber.

Online, I’m quite proud of the aesthetics and results. We increased the number of qualified leads and I can truly say that I’m attracting famous and successful men that I want to work with. Overall, I’m really impressed. In numbers: 100% booked appointments (all year) 78% increase in monthly revenue
