To start, they interviewed key members of our team and they spoke to some of our regular customers to understand how people view our brand. Once they had a firm understanding of our brand and company values, they created an entire brand package for us. This included a new tagline, logo, and marketing materials. Their team also made changes to our website to include the new brand image.

Becase of the project, our two store locations have a cohesive brand image that extends to our online presence, too. Our traffic has nearly doubled since completing the project. Customers consistently compliment our logo and branding materials, so we're happy with the final products. They perfectly matched our original vision.
